"I had the pleasure of working with Emily, and I can confidently say she’s an exceptional leasing agent. From our first interaction, she was prompt, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through every step of the process, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Her friendly and patient demeanor made the often stressful task of finding an apartment much easier, and her thorough knowledge of the properties and neighborhood was invaluable. Even after I signed the lease, she followed up to ensure everything was going smoothly, showing her commitment to customer satisfaction. Emily truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a leasing agent."
"I have been a resident at Caroline at Voss since September 2024 and I have had the pleasure of working with Emily Craddock. Emily is one of the kindest, polite, respectful, and reliable leasing agents at Caroline at Voss. Emily is always available to assist me in any way she can. I can always count on Emily to answer my questions, fulfill maintenance requests, and even help me with my packages. Emily is always at work before and after hours sometimes making herself available in case we have a concern. Emily has a great reputation for following up with me and making sure I’m still a happy resident and I appreciate her for that. Thank you Emily for being a great representation of Caroline on Voss. Keep up the GREAT work!"

"I’ve had an amazing experience living at Global Houston. The apartments are spacious, and the community is welcoming. The added security features and great amenities like the gym and study rooms make it stand out as one of the best housing options in Houston."
"Subject: Appreciation for Outstanding Service
Dear Morgan Group,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your leasing agent, Ms. Christian Webb.
Moving into a new home is always a significant transition, but my experience was uniquely challenging as I was also coping with the loss of my father. Despite these circumstances, Ms. Webb made the process seamless and stress-free. She kept me thoroughly informed throughout the application process and was incredibly supportive and communicative every step of the way.
What truly stood out, though, was her thoughtful gesture upon my move-in. She surprised me with a gift basket filled with toiletries and handed me my welcome home keys in such a warm and welcoming manner. This is a level of care and hospitality I’ve never experienced at any other apartment community, and it speaks volumes about the culture you’ve cultivated here.
Thanks to her professionalism and kindness, I already feel a sense of belonging in my new home, and I can genuinely see myself staying here for a long time. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Webb for going above and beyond to make this transition such a positive experience.
Thank you again for having such an outstanding team member on your staff. Happy New Year 2025!!!
Best regards,
Mrs, Petty"
"Emily is the best Leasing agent by far! From the moment I walked in to look until this very day. She has always been so helpful. If there has every been a problem she's has always been willing to go above and beyond. I appreciate her for always helping me if there is ever a need. Thank you Emily!"
"I will highly recommend living somewhere else if you could help it. I lived here for 2 years, my first year was OKAY despite my car being towed from the floor I lived on & registered at. The manager did nothing & said they sent out cmn for an app but I never received the email. My second year was hell. Loud neighbors upstairs & next door, running over head and blasting music all hours of the day with no regard. I’ve never had to call the police so many times in my life than I had to at this property concerning my safety and peace. My packages were stolen twice and I was consistently harassed by neighbors as they left random things at my door, and made as much noise as they could to run me out, which they did. The smell of marijuana seeps through the vents, & cars are constantly vandalized as well. Pests are everywhere & they need to get the hallways together. New management tries but I don’t believe they try enough to make a change, only to say they “looked into it”. If you want a peace of mind stay far away from this place."
"Emily, Christian, and Anderson are amazing! If I could give them five stars each i would. However the exit gate has been broken for almost a year now and it causes so much inconvenience and near accidents daily. If you are moving in and they're telling you that it's going to be fixed soon, I would take that with a grain of salt because they've been saying that for months now."
"I don’t live here but my girlfriend does and they offer little to no security for resident parking. Every time I visit I see a car with busted windows or on blocks. My girlfriend had her wheels stolen just last week and the apartment complex couldn’t care less. I’m worried to even park my vehicle there now. Sure they have a gate and cameras but that doesn’t stop anything. I can guarantee management will do nothing to address this and won’t even reply to this message. Even if they do they will put some generic response like “We do our best to provide security.” Always excuses and no solutions. The on-site security does next to nothing because this happens pretty much every day of the week. Instead of coming up with excuses to not protect your tenants property, how about doing something about it. You pay a premium to live in these “luxury” apartments only to have to worry about your personal property to get stolen. If I were you, I’d suggest looking for an apartment that actually cares."
