"The complex is new and very nice. Amenities are great. Leasing office staff are all very responsive and kind.
My only issue with this complex is that the walls/floors are paper thin. You can hear upstairs neighbors as if they were in your unit. Every step, drop, pet walking, music etc. is loudly audible. You can see the outline of wooden planks in the ceiling. I’ve lived in many other apartments in units that were directly below another and have never experienced this level of noise."
"I love my new place! I feel like Louise Jefferson, moving on up! My experience thus far has been amazing Kyara was my leasing agent and every interaction with her was nothing but pleasant. Kyara was in great spirits the entire process even with me calling day by day inquiring about my status lol, she remained a gem! She was very good at reassuring me and keeping me up to date with the process. God is truly working through that woman and I’m so grateful to have her apart of my team along with the other ladies who helped along the way. The place is amazing and I look forward to making it a home."

"This was the best move in process and nicest apartments in the area. I wanted to wait until I actually lived here until making the review.
The apartment itself is great with enough space for storage and brand new appliances (the building is brand new). The 1br has a balcony and depending on your unit, there is a pretty nice view of the pool area.
Kyara was extremely helpful with helping me through the leasing process and answering any questions I had. Move in day was seamless and had everything necessary starting my lease. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for resort style living."

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Caroline Memorial Apartments, which highlighted poor communication, misleading information, and a lack of accountability.
Here’s what happened:
I toured the complex based on a quote from the leasing agent, who assured both me and my realtor that the rent for an 800+ square foot unit on the top floor with a pool view was $1,717/month. During my visit, the leasing agent even wrote this down, confirming the rate and apartment number.
To secure their six weeks free promotion, I applied online the same day, only to find that the rent was listed as $1,767/month—a discrepancy of $50. Concerned, I called the leasing office to clarify. The agent initially admitted she had quoted me the lower price but then backtracked, claiming the actual rent was $1,767/month. Despite her earlier confirmations (both verbal and written), I was told that the price discrepancy couldn’t be resolved.
When I asked for the corporate contact information to escalate the issue, it was reluctantly provided after multiple requests. I contacted corporate on December 18th and have yet to receive any response. I followed up with the leasing office on December 26th, as well as three or four additional times since, but my calls and emails remain unanswered.
My Takeaways:
1. Lack of Transparency: Quoting one rent and later backtracking, even with written proof, is unacceptable.
2. Unresponsive Corporate Team: It’s been weeks with no communication from corporate or the local office to address my concerns.
3. Unprofessional Service: The leasing office failed to take responsibility or offer a resolution for their mistake.
Final Thoughts:
I was genuinely excited about this apartment complex, but the experience left me disheartened and feeling disrespected as a potential tenant. If this is the level of service before moving in, I can only imagine how issues might be handled during a lease. I would strongly caution others to think twice before considering Caroline Memorial Apartments."

"It’s a beautiful place, apartments are brand new and there are still a lot of availability on top floor. However I didn’t proceed with the rental for few reasons, the floor is thin so you will have noise issues if you are not staying at top floor. Second, I didn’t feel welcome when I was touring, Kyara didn’t do much introduction and when I enter the apartment she was just on her phone all the time instead of showing me what’s available. I have to keep asking her questions instead of she asking me what I want for an apartment. I am worried with this attitude I will have problem when I need help during my stay. It feels like she’s not providing me any information to make decision. For a new complex you will not have much problems for first year or so but if management is bad it will only go downhill. I am tempted to rent cos the apartments are beautiful but at the end I am not comfortable with the management to proceed rental."
