"I have been calling and calling after you pay application fee. You never hear back from them. I called a week and a half straight over 105 times before I got an answer just for them still not to be able to help me told me they will pass along the message to the next person who’s handling my application. I have emailed her Twice now no response. I tried to ignore the reviews but they literally have not answered my phone calls since they got my little $50. This is so crazy this place needs to be checked out. There is no way is this unprofessional that is now been officially two weeks since I’ve heard from anybody. I’ve"
"When I say the worse place to live, RUN!!? Roach motel and nats!!! I clean my place everyday and still roaches. Overpriced for what a small ass apartment, don’t do it, I wish I knew better. Who can we reach out to about new management or the state take over because this don’t make sense. Grass not cut, look like we live in the wild, I stay in the back and someone killed a baby snake last week. Not safe but let’s speak about safety our apartment area don’t have no working outside light. It’s pitch black at night and early morning I work early so I have to use my flashlight on my phone just to see where I’m walking. This place need to do better. You throw a late fee on my rent but haven’t fix nothing yet. Was serve an eviction notice but haven’t fix nothing since I’ve moved in. When I say RUN u better run because it’s not worth it"
"Front desk will try to sleep with your husband ladies!! My husband went in there alone to ask for a tour and details about an apartment while I was at work. But not even a minute in, the front desk lady tells him she’s willing to give him an apartment without asking for any documents or ID if he takes her out. My husband refused and stated he was married. The lady did not care and told him that it was fine she is not the jealous type. My husband came home and explained the whole thing to me. What type of employee and person do you guys have working here. Completely unprofessional."
