"I’ve been living here for almost two months now, and I really like it. Everything is clean, trash is taken out on time, cars are always safe, the neighbors are quiet, and the complex itself is very attractive. If there were ever any issues, they were fixed quickly, which I was pleasantly surprised by.
I’d like to give special thanks to Josseline. She’s the friendliest and most kind-hearted employee here, always willing to help and try to solve any problem with a positive attitude. She’s like a ray of sunshine in this office. Despite our complicated move-in situation, she did her best to help us.
And thanks also to Armando for the excellent repair in my bathroom. You’re truly like Superman – quick, neat, and did an amazing job."
"I initially loved living here due to its central location and proximity to the highway. My unit was also very spacious. When I initially moved in, I noticed a lot of ants and requested pest control which didn’t help. I later found a solution for that through Amazon. I recently moved out after over two years and was sent a prorated carpet replacement fee. I lived alone with no pets, children and never wore shoes indoors.i travelled for work months at a time also. Other than wear and tear for such an extended period, I have no clue what that charge is about. Living next to the pool was also such a huge inconvenience because of noise at late hours. For the past year, it was also impossible after 7pm to find a parking spot near my building. Including the visitors parking area. The maintenance team was amazing and I do give kudos to them for that. I did feel like some of the leasing staff were non chalant and unfriendly but that’s neither here nor there. The insulation if you live on the third floor is also a major issue. During the summer months my electricity bill was almost $300 and the AC never seemed to cool the unit. Overall, it’s affordable. I felt safe there even though the neighborhood wasn’t the safest in general but the cons outweigh the pros."

soft spoken, personable, and communicated easily with a foreigner, (my Arabic husband).
She helped us smoothly get through the online application.
We succeeded with her help and will be moving in as soon as 'our' new apartment/home is ready for us.

"Armando & Leo ( maintenance men) were very attentive to my homes needs. They came in right away to fix minor issues and even followed up with me during the week to ensure I did not have anymore issues. Amazing service!"
"Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Camden Stonebridge. But, moving out has been a huge headache. We kept a very clean apartment, and we are getting charged for a carpet replacement fee. Heads up: if you have a dog, the pet deposit doesn't cover any of the claimed "damages" once you move out. The deposit is to simply get money. I am frustrated at this point due to the apartment saying they would work with me and review my account, but now I have been sent to collections. It's sad when I recommended this place to so many people and now I have to take back my word."
