"Locked inside of my unit (CHRISTMAS DAY) when the door lock got stuck, then collapsed. Raggedy ass everything. I HATE MY UPSTAIRS neighbors (2nd & 3rd floor) with small, rowdy, unruly children and management refuses to help ENFORCING what's in the lease about disturbing other residents. Society needs Respectful, working class, Adults ONLY properties. No FUKN KIDS ALLOWED. Can you say, "ROACHES LOVE IT HERE"? Even roaches in my fridge. All residents pay monthly extermination fees but when asked for it while I AM HOME, mgmt wants to charge extra fee of $65. I have never received requested help but I
am expected to pay fees. This is a violation made by this mgmt team in a leadership position that they cannot handle. 3RD new Management in 2024 alone that is worse than previous mgmt. $32/month valet trash fee but NO TRASHCAN (see pics) provided/delivered to residents. If you have multiple cars, cars that are inoperable you can occupy RESERVED parking spaces with no worries of tow. Even park on the sidewalks without penalty BUT tow will tow properly parked operable vehiles. Twisted. Trash everywhere EVEN OLD TIRES (pics). Buy your own appliances (dishwasher, fridge) including a microwave bc ALL appliances are 20 yrs old and DO NOT WORK even though these are amenities. The pool water is green. Unsupervised children
running around. First property(new mgmt rule) to charge PET RENT FOR AQUARIUMS. Laundry room is CLOSED. New mgmt and old mgmt has sooo many excuses and will not take accountability for their neglect. Refer others? I think not. 77090 IS NOT the ideal place if you want peace, quiet and REASONABLE living environment."
"Our car was stolen from the property. Very dangerous area. The leasing company never responds to phone calls or emails. They constantly are getting fired and replaced in the office so it’s hard to get anywhere with them. They also tow your cars without telling you and force you to pay to get it out. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS."
"I have lived here since 2019. I love living here! It’s affordable works with my budget. The staff is helpful and friendly. Veronica in the office knows me by name and goes above and beyond to help me. Monica has been very helpful when I come into the office. Maintenance fixes things on time. I had my garbage disposal, washer and dryer that needed to be fixed. . Both items were replaced with new items. I was satisfied!"
"Firstly, management got worse and when I put in tickets for mold and my toilet being clogged all they did was paint over the mold and my toilet still doesn’t work. Secondly the towing there is ridiculous. My neighbor let me use his parking spot last night since he was going to work and they still took my car. When I went to the office to ask about my car while my neighbor who pays for the parking was on the phone the manager brushed me off and said I still had to pay to get my car. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone..they don’t work with the tenants and it’s barely maintained, kids stealing packages from in front tenants doors and the property manager doesn’t care"
"Moving here was an easy process the office staff is great Ms.Monica always goes beyond to make sure the residents feel welcome and enjoy they place to stay. Maintenance had always fixed anything in a timely manner. I stayed here over a year with no problems so i pray it stays that way. It’s a laid back complex people are not hanging out all times of the night."
