"The move-in process for the apartment was simple and quick, making it very convenient. The app-based smart system makes it easy to control the apartment's amenities. The leasing office staff are extremely friendly and professional. This is an apartment I would gladly recommend to my friends."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE! They do not listen to complaints, walked thru the home 2 weeks ago, there were roaches, and multiple damages, said they would fix it ok, 2 weeks later I move in, paid to have a cleaner come and clean after them and there are roaches!!!! ROACHES!! They have gotten in my belongings, as the night progressed,small, medium, large and Babies everywhere crawling on all of my boxes, IN THE FRIDGE!! and even the carpet! I am so disgusted with this place, i do not recommend. Parking is awful here for the residents. This place is old, like really old. For the price and the area, this compares/or may be worse than a motel."
"This place is absolutely pathetic. They just don’t care at all. There is roaches, mold, a 10+ water heater that still has not been replaced, and etc. Now I’m talking to the people who work at the complex. How can you sleep at night knowing people are suffering at the apartment complex you work in? You all will lose your job and suffer very hard for everything you have caused. I speak that into existence because you all absolutely deserve it."
"Love love love this complex! We moved here about 3 weeks ago and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Jesus, one of the maintenance guys has been nothing but outstanding, anytime we put in a request he jumps on it and gets it done! The office workers and managers are understanding and supportive. I am a first time renter, and they have made this transition amazing! Highly recommend!"
"My God this management is HORRIBLE. I would give 0 stars if I could. The property manager, the assistant property manager never available never return phone calls or emails. Don’t even get me started on the unprofessional staff member Juan. He is very rude each time you call the phone and ask any questions. I had to call corporate on them to even get a response. I do NOT recommend this apartment complex. Very unprofessional staff I miss the old staff here when they used to be professional. It’s like everyone in the office hates there job! RUN FROM THIS PROPERTY!"
