"The place is amazing. The staff are so pleasant to deal with, they want to help in any way possible. The amenities are great, lovely and quiet. I am glad to be an early resident. I was expecting some issues when i moved in but they were so minor and got resolved within hours if not minuets. What a great decision to move here."
"Well lets just say this complex is cheaply built and I have been here for 3 weeks. From the foundation being bad to the cheap paint they put on the walls in the unit. I think its crazy to pay all this money for a unit that you see foundations cracks in and that they covered the paint with or at least tried to do it. Secondly hallways show shift in foundation. The tub in the bathroom creaks when standing in the shower. Thirdly, you pay entirely to much for the amenities fees. Fetch is the only people that can delivery packages to your unit. Fetch only delivers up to 150 lbs. It is a requirement to have it and pay for it. In which is crazy! I recently by mistake put that address for delivery. When I say they are stern about not letting people up they are serious. So there for I asked when its time for my furniture to come in and its over 150lbs what should I do. One of the people in the office stated you can have your furniture delivered by ROOMS TO GO. I'm confused ROOMS TO GO don't delivery anyone's furniture expect there on. DO the office got rooms to go furniture money? GreyStar needs to do better with their complexes this is the second complexes that does not met standard which implies they are in it for the money. If I could get my money back and leave I would definitely go on about my business."
"Do not rent from here until they actually finish construction. Staff executed a lease to an apartment that was ready only to cancel the lease the Friday before a Sunday move
-in the weekend before a holiday - meaning almost no time to find other accommodations. It’s been over a month and still waiting on deposits/fees to be returned because of a “construction delay” that caused the lease to be cancelled. Keep in mind I walked the unit that was completed and ready for move in prior to applying for and even signing the lease. Staff is friendly but has been the worst experience ever. This situation has caused me additional stress on an already stressful time of year plus additional financial burdens around an already financially draining time with moving and holidays."
"I love Broadstone Amelia !! The amenities are top notch, the apartments are spacious and i can appreciate the attention to detail and design throughout the property.
Also, the leasing staff is great! Especially, Monica who is incredibly friendly and always willing to help!"
"I recently applied for an apartment at Broadstone Amelia and had a concerning experience. After paying an administrative fee, I was required to submit my bank statements for verification through a third-party service. Despite uploading my statements directly from my bank, this third-party company claimed the statements were 'modified,' resulting in my application being denied. Broadstone Amelia refused to refund my administrative fee despite this denial. Prospective renters should be cautious and aware of this issue before applying!!!"
