"We just moved into our new apartment and we are in love with it. The new property is beautiful and has a lot of great amenities. The whole process from start to finish has been very smooth. Abby was really sweet and took great care of us the second we walked in. She was very patient in answering all of our questions and insured we had a smooth move in process. I highly recommend Abby as your leasing agent. My favorite part of this apartment so far is I don’t have to walk up three flights of stairs anymore. "

I have a deep appreciation for people who take pride in their work, and it’s clear that everyone in the office embodies that trait.
Abby, my leasing agent, was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our very first meeting until I received my keys, we were laughing and enjoying the process together. I didn’t get a chance to walk my unit before move-in, so the day I moved in was my first time seeing it. It was spotless. Abby had personally checked everything multiple times to ensure it was ready, which immediately put me at ease—especially since this is my first apartment on my own. She was incredibly informed, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make me feel confident and comfortable.
When Abby wasn’t available, Elyssia, Christy, and B (who’s name I don’t unfortunately have the spelling of!) were always smiling, approachable, and ready to assist. It’s clear this team works together seamlessly to provide top-notch service.
Another major selling point for me was that both Ren, the manager, and Abby live on the property. It speaks volumes about their commitment to this community. Having personal stake in the property means they genuinely care about its upkeep, safety, and overall vibe—and it shows. Just recently, I saw Ren off the clock, taking the initiative to clean up misplaced trash near the chute. That level of accountability and pride, no matter one’s role, speaks to her leadership and the values she instills in her team.
All that to say, I couldn’t be happier here and look forward to the rest of my time at Broadstone Amarra. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel proud, safe, and comfortable, come join us in making this community great!
