"I had an excellent experience at Broadmead At The Med Apartments! The staff is incredibly professional and always ensures that you are well taken care of. They keep you updated all the time, which I truly appreciate. I needed an apartment ASAP, and Miguel made sure everything was taken care of promptly. Diana and the manager were very inviting and made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend checking this place out!"
"I moved from Pasadena tx from a complex that had no hot water and a lot of other issues that were not being taken care of and once we found the Broadmead Miguel and cristy and the rest of the team really made us feel like we were finally home and I have to say that the place is very well kept and maintained and the people here are very friendly and u don’t have the constant flow of people who don’t belong here and even my dogs are more happier here than the other place"
"I moved in December 2024 I have not had one complaint yet they take care of us faithful. Management is very understanding will help you in ways they can. Always doing fun things for us residents and children. I have not seen any roaches don't take long time fixing things at all. I love it here"
"These apartments are located in a great location and are kept in very good shape. I have been here for over two years and ever since the new management came in, they started to change things for the better, they even painted the property with nicer colors and the staff is great. Maintenance is very effective, they do a good job and show up even during the weekends if something at my apartment needs to be taken care of. Miguel and all the staff at the office, they all are very helpful, kind and professional. I definitely recommend this place!"
"Unfortunately, I am not able to give a 0 rating. These are the worst apartments I have ever lived at, but I guess you get what you pay for. It seemed like they were money hungry when they rented this apartment because it was definitely not ready for move in. The first month I had maintenance come to my apartment every week for something that needed to be fixed. And the management is very poor and unprofessional not helpful at all. These are the worst apartments I have ever lived at.
They provide wrong information and will not follow up to correct what miss-information, and when you follow up with them they get an attitude with you. From the looks of things this property is obviously not well maintained. I have already broken my lease and was happy to do so because I have never been embarrassed to call a place my home as I do living here."
