"This is message to the management of Brittmore Apartment,
It’s being 6 months I moved-out of the apartment
I was told that within 1month my deposit would be refunded back, although they applied unwanted charges, long story short , I HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY YET!!!
I called the head office in mid-october they told me, they will solve the issue in 1week of time now again it’s another 2-months gone!!!
I need a reply on this

"I’ve been renting an apartment and garage for over year, 80% of the time the garage door has not been working, we report it and they take months to fix it, they “repair it” and two weeks later it breaks down again (At this time it’s not working AGAIN). I’ve been reporting that the kitchen light is not working since Thursday, today is Tuesday and no one has even been at the apartment to check it out! We been calling everyday to the office to get updates and they just say that they’re going to call back and never do.
Also, apparently we’re not allowed to have any unexpected visitors, because they’re now starting to tow cars at 9PM if they are not registered (to register we need to give the car information to the office before they leave at 5pm), there no parking for visitors, no signed stating that and we never received an email, paper stating that they were going to start towing at 9pm. My step dad got his truck towed this month and we had to pay +$300. One day I left the trash at the door when cleaning and they we’re knocking at the door 20 minutes later because of that. It’s ridiculous we can even do nothing at the apartments we are paying for."
"These people are unprofessional, never at the leasing office, won’t answer their phone & don’t have a website! It is 94 degrees outside & I’ve been trying to avoid late fees because after the 3rd they charge late fees. Closed sign has been the same since Saturday & still no one has answered the door! The swimming pool has not been open and their rates are extremely high! Do no not come live here or try to get approved management is horrible!!! I am not the only one you can see from the reflection of the door & that is just a part of the residents wtg to pay rent! The others are sitting under shade off to the side entrance! Extremely poor customer service!"
