"Administration sucks, they always have the office close and sometimes they don’t even open all day, if you need a sticker for a temporal car you have to get it IN the office, but they never there!!"
"The office workers are so racist. They use one application online and have apartments available for rent in zillow or another, and you fill this form online, then they charge for all, a total of $150 , for nothing! When you go to the apartment office, they say we don't have apartments available, and my money? Oh, if you fill online, we don't know, it's your problem, not us. So be aware, go at the apartments office first! Don't use any app for renting those apartments. If you don't want to lose your money"
"Infested apartments with mold in air vents and roaches. Appliances don’t work, like the stove which can cause a fire. The manager Cyndi refuses to help the civilians live here appropriately. This is a health hazard and abandonment to civilians. Pasadena needs to shut these apartments down!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE."
"I’d like to say first that I’m thankful for Terry in the office and for previous management being so understanding of my health conditions and working with us when my husband was out of work but needless to say, it doesn’t justify the countless issues that were never fixed. I lived there for 5 years and we had mice issues the whole time we lived there. They would come and spray peppermint and to leave bait and at some point they had to use foam insulation to cover up the holes that were throughout the unit. The mice will just end up biting through. We reported nails rising from carpet over 6 months ago as my daughters kept tripping and scraping their legs and the dishwasher not working and it was never fixed. They “upgraded” one bathroom and didn’t finish the trim or caulking. They constantly shut the water off and when it rains, the ceiling ends up with leak stains. The pool hasn’t been open since 2019. We did paint 2 walls and our daughters took crayons and markers to the wall, but to charge $860 considering all the issues we’ve endured and things that were never fixed, seems ridiculous to me."
