"The leasing office is outstanding. Kaila and Alanna were such a huge help in finding the right apartment. Spacious rooms for my kids and i. The customer service was on point. I absolutely love the gym, plenty of machines for the residents. I had a small leak under my sink and maintenance came same day too fix it. Just needed a little tightening and it's good as new. The community is kept clean and up to date on any outside maintenance which is a huge plus when i have kids running around outside. Best move i could have made."

"I absolutely love living in this apartment! From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, making it feel so welcoming. The kitchen is beautifully updated with high end appliances, which makes cooking enjoyable.

The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to address any questions or concerns and helpful. Plus, the neighbors are warm and respectful, creating a great sense of community.

The location is unbeatable! It’s close to everything I need, from grocery stores and restaurants to parks and public transit. I genuinely look forward to coming home every day. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

"You can Change the Name of the Apartments Polish a Turd it’s still a Turd!
Man where do I go with this issue with this apartment? Have a lot of issues. But yet, does it get resolved. Who Knows! Been living here for now 4 years and when I first move in her back in 2017. This apartment complex was a great place with the right manager taking care of things on the property. But when Corporate want to be so greedy and ends up getting rid of a good employee. Things go to crap house! Well it did! Shorty after with the new assistant Manager taking over as property manager of at the time (Ivy Creek Apartments) under the Tipton Corporation this went under! Issues with the raccoons! Being a big issue! Moving in College students that barely look like they can even hold a Job much less an apartment! Most of the families that were on the property left due to being sick of the BS! A year and a half went by and the property was apparently up for sale! Sold to CAF Management! That’s when it got worse in 2019! With all the issues already that’s when it really got to the nitty greedy! With the new Management taking over. Everything went up! Issues became more noticeable! More students moving in. Drug issues, break ins! The company over charging residents! Such as Trash pick up under Tipton was only $10 that went up to $35 with so say a new service of dumb trash pick up service! Second laundry Mat became a dumb parcel package box center! Making mandatory for residents to pay $8 on their rent even if your not using it! Pest control charges $10 per month. Only had the man in my apartment on twice within the last lol two years lol! Had to go buy bottles of spray lol got rid of the big issue by CLEANING MY APARTMENT ON MY OWN!!! 10 raccoons in dumpster every night and we have 4 dumpsters on property lol you do the math! Lol apparently the apartment failed it’s inspection several times! That finally got cleared up! Lol look we are in 2021 I am completely at my end of my rope with this place! Don’t know why CAF Management named it Apartment Homes when it’s not homes it’s apartments! Anyway new Management Took over Western Wealth Communities base out of Arizona took over the property and I am not going to put nothing past it! Same old sob story that I have heard before. Sure they tell me that this property needs work yes it does! But how quickly can they get it done!!! Sure it takes a year! But when you got residents that have been on property for 4 years, 10 years, 15 years! Then you try to convince them of what your doing! They are not going to fall for it! Look new residents moving in it’s a wake up call! Per year I have spent $13,000 on a damn lease here! That’s enough to get a house!!! A house! College students go to those darn College apartments! Quit trying to come to Clear Lake apartment Homes and screwing this apartment complex up! Most of us residents that have lived here for a long time work for a living working 5 or 6 days a week! We want our peace and quiet! It’s bad enough I have to strap myself with my own gun because of these idiots coming in the complex doing drugs and breaking into our property! Oh and another issue is these Darn Students that act like night time is the best time to come out and talk right by your window even if it’s 12am or even at 2am! Now that the idiots move out below me that did drugs and is also a felony! More idiots move in behind me and got my apartment smelling like a Weed shack with the smell coming through the AC Vents! Marijuana is Not Legal in the State of Texas Idiots!! Not even calling Houston PD will do anything! Dumb students parking in Covered parking spots and not even paying for it! $25 a month for a tag and spot! A rip off. Idiots trying to charge a community fee of $15 and also a Washer and Dryer fee of $50! When I have my own Washer and Dryer in the apartment! Rent went up $50 when nothing is updated much less a drainage is sticking out with metal enough to damage car/Tire. Racoon/Rat infested. How stupid! I am so Done!! Can’t trust the Management much less. Glad I moved Out!"

"RAT INFESTATION
After multiple attempts to reach out to the management, I have yet to see a resolution to this problem. The situation has worsened to the point where rats can be seen and heard moving about within the walls of my unit.

To further illustrate the severity of this issue, I have attached a video documenting the infestation. I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address this problem and ensure the health and safety of all residents.

Additionally, I have found the interactions I have had with the apartment management team ARE HORRIBLE. This place is a dump."
