"I have lived here almost two years. It is a fantastic property! Brittany is a wonderful property manager, and her team is fantastic! Nowhere is perfect, but anytime I have had an issue, it has been resolved within 48 hours by maintenance (also very professional and highly efficient.) it is quiet, and I appreciate the trash valet. I have had typical apt living issues, but everything is always handled, and I am very happy."
"I spent 2 years living here and it was the best apartment living experience I’ve had in brazoria county.
The location is nice and convenient being right next to 2004 and 288B if you are working in the area.
Brittany and the rest of the staff are excellent at answering questions and willing to help you out if you communicate with them.
I had the A/C go out while living here and Cody with maintenance got it fixed very quickly.
The community of people that live here are nice and kind. I had no issues with any of my neighbors or any of the other residents. The pool is definitely nice to relax and hang out during the summer.
Very dog friendly apartments and there is a dog park that makes it very convenient to let your dog run around.
The prices may seem alittle expensive, but you get what you pay for. It’s gated which makes you feel more secure, the trash service is convenient, the richwood police doing regular drive throughs. Never had issues with break ins or thieves.
I would recommend this place if you wanted a nice, clean, and comfortable place to live!"
"If you are thinking about renting at BRAZOSCROSSING APARTMENTS in Richwood DO NOT. We moved into this place about a year ago and it has been ABSOLUTE HELL to start off when we moved in the stove/oven and the ac WAS BROKE it took them three days to fix the stove & oven then it took them 10 months to finally fix our ac the correct way. In January we started to notice roaches so we called the office and told them to send out pest control (which you pay for every month) THEY NEVER SENT PEST CONTROL OUT. When our lease was finally abt to be up we put in a 30 day notice not knowing that we had to do a 60 day (bc they didn’t not tell us) then they proceeded to charge us 400 extra dollars for rent for failing to put a 60 day notice. They also charge you out the rear to rent a small 700 sq foot apartment and they add little charges on top of that such as trash fee (which they never pick up) and pest control which they obviously don’t use. This was hands down the worst experience of my life & the worst 13 months ever. So if you are looking to rent here DON’T. There is plenty of other renters going through the same thing currently and are just quiet about this. I’m sure they’re gonna send me a hefty bill."
"Got a 2 bed 1 bath second floor apartment. As soon as we got there, we noticed roaches! Not just a few, I’m talking hundreds of babies in the walls, the fridge, microwave, dish washer, patio door. I was told by management that the people who lived there before were super dirty… (shows they new) Also, other people in the complex told us they had roach issues as well. Needless to say, the condition was inhabitable. So, we didn’t even move in, got out of there, and found another place. Just a warning so no one has to go through what we did!"
"Hiya! I just moved in and Alisha T. Has been such a great help! Maintenance is fast reacting and the trash pick up is amazing. The residents aren’t rowdy and its a calm place. Even has a dog park to let your pup run free in. We love it!"
