"I've lived in this apartment complex for three years, and I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of care the management shows for the property. The pool is often dirty and poorly maintained, the grounds are neglected with overgrown grass and litter, and there are serious mold issues that have gone unresolved despite multiple complaints. I haven’t been able to take the kids to the pool all summer just for it to be fall again and school has started. It's clear that the complex prioritizes cutting corners over ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for its residents. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-maintained place to live."
"I have lived in the “luxury”’apartments, several times. This is a peaceful community in a wonderful location off League City Pkwy. The negative reviews mirror the same reviews left on other complexes I’ve lived in. I have personally watched maintenance work very hard on the grounds. It is quiet at night. Pet friendly. Very diverse and the front office is kind and considerate. I love my apartment. More so than the $$ “luxury”’ ones. In today’s economy - I think Banyan Cove is great on pricing. All of the negative reviews seem a bit dramatic, in my opinion."
"We are fairly new residents and have had a good experience so far! The new management has been super helpful and kind! You can tell the difference when management cares about the property and the people who live there. The maintenance team are on top of anything you need. The pool has been awesome this summer, especially for the kids, and the property is walking distance to the schools!"
"I just recently moved into the complex and am very happy so far. The property manager is so great! She’s quick to respond to emails and maintenance is quick to repair any issues. The property is very quiet and my neighbors have been very friendly."
"Great apartments!
The front office is very responsive. And If any maintenance is needed, they will take care of it same day.
For example: I am highly allergic to wasps. I called the front office, and they got one of the maintenance guys come by and spray a nest on my patio after his working hours.
My only warning is that the parking lot does have a lot of potholes… But I know this is something they are working to fix."
