"The ABOSOLUTE worst place I have EVER lived. If I could give negative stars I would. With the most incompetent, and inconsiderate management team. In addition to our ac not working- we can’t get it below 74 degrees, We've been battling with termites for MONTHS! I have put work orders in on the online portal all to no response (and have miraculously disappeared ?)- finally my boyfriend went to the office and the response to the ac was “it’s hot outside so that’s why the ac isn’t working” and after three weeks someone came to treat OUTSIDE. This “treatment” did absolutely nothing but made the situation worse- if I could upload videos on here there’s evidence of the SWARMS that happen. We were told “it takes more than two weeks..” “it takes more than a month”. We don’t even bother calling anymore because it’s obvious that management could not care less. We’re expecting a baby in a few months and don’t want to bring a new born into this termite infested place but they REFUSE to let us out of our lease. They will let us “move units” but after the way this place is ran I’m surprised they’re even able to keep tenants. We just want to be let out of our lease so we can go somewhere that’s not infested with insects and an average of 78 degrees. I hope by posting on here and every other possible platform that they make changes to the way things are ran and that we’re let out of our lease without problems"
"During the move in process everyone was so helpful and sweet. The staff made sure I had everything that I needed to get my keys on time. As well as the laundry rooms are close to the units. There are lots of washers per laundromat, and the machines are clean. The neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly, I had a few people offer to help me move heavy boxes."
