"This apartment complex is by far one of the dreamiest homes I’ve been too . I went at night and it was heaven on earth. The lay out is good , it’s quiet, It’s spacious and most importantly clean with a water view. Ms. Sandra was knowledgeable, kind and courteous to my daughter and I. After viewing a few homes we decided to make this our home … I am patiently waiting but more excited than ever to call this my Dream home. And the High School is so beautiful. A MUST see for yourself .."
"The apartment comes with amenity fees, also they like to leave the air intake on for 40 minutes for no reason you will get an electric bill really high and should be set to no more than 10 minutes. The cabinets look like balloons. I put in a maintenance request and got closed and I even sent out an email to the office. I called the manager and never got back with me. For the price it’s way too high if management does not care put new management new ideas. Bad customer service period. Balloon cabinets now’s the party."
"These apartments are beyond deceiving. The location and layout is ideal but they were poorly built. You will have issues with AC, improperly installed appliances, high humidity levels and high levels of mold.
If you ever leave town for a couple days, you will come back to your water smelling of sewer.
Electricity bill will get in the $300s from the AC unit. Random additional fees will be added to your account every month. You'll have someone in your apartment taking pictures and videos of all your belongings. Almost every other week you'll have someone coming to do random checks in your home.
There's no insulation in the flooring so you will be able to hear everything from walking, talking, tvs, and ect. around you.
If you're willing to risk health issues, ruined belongings, loud neighbors, then by all means move in."
"I just love the kindness of the people at office and the fact that they treat me like a person not a business opportunity; they have been so nice that even though I was not happy with size of my apartment I decided to wait and find the right size within their community and their helpfulness made it possible. Now I live in an apartment where I feel comfortable and safe and this is priceless?"
"What a wonderful community to reside! Great professionals in the leasing office as well as maintenance. Grounds are pristine and the pool is lovely. Also a very quiet complex. I highly recommend Aura Beacon Island."
