"WARNING!! To ALL locators . I got screwed over when it came to getting paid on my referral . I did a TON of work and helped the client every step of the way they said they wrote me on the application and Ashford Creek will not pay me . I have all the messages that show that I helped the client from day one . They claim somebody else was written down as the locator, and my client said that it's not true . I also have the ADS registration to where I referred them . If you wanna get paid for your work AVOID this awful place !"
"If I could leave zero stars, I would from the beginning of us even moving into the facility terrible to start. They told us that we will be in one unit and then they gave us the keys to whole other unit. The floors are lopsided didn’t even offer to try to fix it and within like the first few months our AC kept breaking. They would lie and say they would fix it and they didn’t until they finally fixed it last time and fixed it, it took almost a year to change our air filter. And has been several instances where the safety of the residence are put at risk and they don’t take anything seriously. the cameras that are on property work when they want them to work my sister’s car has been broken into as well as several other people on the property and they claim the cameras weren’t working when that occurred. The gates are always broken and just recently, someone attempted to break into my apartment and damage my door. My peephole can come right out of the door . The door frame pushed in and the office people have yet to even come to my unit to see if we are okay if any damage was done or Ask me if I’m OK or anything and within the same instance, someone came into my unit scraped up my walls, but the office staff have no clue who was in there and they claim that if I don’t put in a work order, nobody’s gonna go into my unit, but I can visually see that someone was in my unit. I have proof that they don’t take safety seriously I get that. They also told me that the won’t let me see the footage because they’re afraid I will retaliate which is insane I’ll just call the laws and press all the charges because why are you in my home without a 24 hour notice or a work order in place. We are in the hood, but don’t treat everybody like we’re hood individuals. We pay our rent early , no issues and it’s because they can’t keep residence and treat ppl like crap that no-one will stay long enough who can pay but would rather live somewhere else because there’s always issues on the property whether that be plumbing being off at random times of the day and not informing us, them doing construction outside my door, but not informing us as residents. For a place to only have a pool and no other amenities, they sure do ask a lot of people. It’s too many rules and stipulations. It’s too much for some rinky dink ass Apartments that were built in the 70s with the landlord special. And they really need to pick better Staff to work in the office because they don’t know how to talk to people and they don’t know how to find real solutions for peoples issues when it come to safety of the residents.and anyone who gives this place more than 3 stars are clearly compensated and are favored in some form or fashion"
"The apartment is affordable, peaceful,clean, and quiet. Maintenance is always at your service once the request is submitted online. I've never had any problem with the manager and Stephanie. Staff are so calm, attentive, and helpful.I definitely recommend this apartment."

"I'm coming up on my 3rd year and I've never regretted moving in. I like how small the complex is, it's relatively quiet, and the price can't be beat. Never have I encountered such an awesome maintenance team. Jose is absolutely the best! And the manager Denise is not only professional but so sweet and kind. If there are any issues, she's quick remedy them and always has an upbeat attitude."
"I've lived here for 4 years and had a good experience. Even though the property is older, it's kept up with the awesome maintenance staff. Anytime I submitted a request, Jose responded within 24 hours. Area is generally quiet, office staff, Denise and Elizabeth were a pleasure to work with. Always nice, caring, and professional! The only reason I'm moving is because I switched jobs and my commute has been horrible, otherwise I would have signed another lease here."
