"As a current resident of 4 months now- I am fairly disappointed. I have waited to make this review to give the complex the benefit of the doubt, but we have had a poor experience. We moved in initially because of fairly positive reviews and access to a full garage which is nice but…
We have gone to the office many times for issues since maintenance does not reach out or even acknowledge requests- such as broken AC, water leaks, and non working appliances to name a few.
This is frustrating because we have no idea if someone enters our home while my partner and I are at work (they do not email us or leave a message which I’ve never experienced at a reputable complex).
When we go to the office for assistance they are typically very accommodating when it comes to saying they can help and say they will make sure to send us a confirmation over email so we have something in writing, but I can not tell you how many times we never receive anything and do not hear back on our issues (which makes us take time out of our work days to have to haggle them for help)
Our apartment we moved into already had water damage and a broken AC unit when we moved in mind you and they did not allow us to look at the unit before signing the lease.
Apparently everyone living in this complex has the loudest vehicle you will ever hear too. Don’t get me wrong I love my car and great cars I’ve owned in the past, but it is disrespectful to blast out of our complex at night hours- whether it’s a family with kids, someone sleeping and preparing for work or even someone’s pets- it is insanely disrespectful and not sure how anyone would want to live here on this alone.
I don’t look forward to it, but I hope to get out of this lease when I have some time to move us out and explore other options that have a bit more concern for the people paying good money instead of mediocrity.
Apartments are never perfect, but the lack of urgency and unprofessionalism combined with the insanely loud vehicles at any hour of the day has made our experience poor for the amount of money we are paying."
