"I previously left a review promising to remove it if things improved, but that hasn't happened and won't. So review back up. This apartment complex is a scam, possibly the reason for their name change. The office staff doesn't care about tenant well-being, only their paycheck. Their website doesn't list set prices; they fluctuate prices for different people and add extra bills. I signed a lease for $750 a month, but after two months, I was charged an extra $200, a fee that keeps increasing. I have no proof, but I've heard that Stacey, the office manager, forges signatures and paperwork. They have two maintenance workers for a complex with over 300 units. They don't inspect units or properly fix things; they just quickly move people in. Many units have malfunctioning AC units. The apartment is infested with roaches and other issues. They claim to have set office hours but leave very early. In almost four months, I've had no maintenance repairs, and I live here with my two-year-old son. I strongly caution against this complex; they are a scam and money-hungry. They don't care about tenants. I've never seen the actual owner of the property once I've called a rob marsh who claimed he was a owner but never seen him. When I moved in I gave a paper of all things that where wrong an only the toilet was fix my roof is caving in due to water damage as well as mold forming in these apartments should he carefully checked or needs to be put management i have so much more to say just rather share pictures of all I see is another creek side apartments forming"
"I have been a resident at the beautiful Arise Apartments in Texas City. I hardly ever give a Google review, but I feel like because of the outstanding management and staff here that they have well-earned and deserved me taking a few minutes to tell you about my experience at Arise Apartments as being a happy and satisfied resident.
The property itself is absolutely magnificent. It's extremely clean, the landscape is very nice and well kept, there is a sparkling swimming pool, a security officer that walks the grounds at night, I love having a carport to protect my vehicle that was no additional charge. All the staff from the management to the leasing agents, and maintenance are all extremely professional, polite, and are always readily available to ensure my comfort here as a resident.I also love everything I need is literally within walking distance: Including the great fishing at the Texas Dike! I would like to tell anybody looking at this page to take a chance and come on out and meet the great staff, look at the beautiful property, and you too I assure you will want to be a resident here as you will not be disappointed...but impressed when you leave here."
"We've been living here for 5 years. Three years in a 2/2 and in a 3/2 for two years now. I'm starting not to like it here. Charged $75 for a clogged toilet that's been clogged a month. Report it several time and maintenance came over said we're flushing wipes. This not true as my son (16 years old) never has or used wipes. Management said kids lie but why would my son lie and we've been living here 2 years with no issues? For 3 weeks now, my son puts the used toilet paper in the trash because of constant clogs. This problem just started about a month ago. Maintenance pulled the wipes from the toilet and put them in the sink to take a picture, which was unsanitary and it made me mad. Where in my lease does management have authorization to charge for plumbing repairs? I pay my rent and early most times. I'm thinking they calling my son a liar and I'm the lease holder so you calling me liar and that's something I don't do as I dispise it!"
"I hate it here.. the riches are so bad it’s crazy… every month there is a new $100 out of no where… the staff doesn’t care how they talk to people…. I moved in my “newly renovated” apartment with my bath tub walls caving in, roach infested, still had the previous owners things in here still and the apartment was no cleaned I had to personally clean it and got blamed for the mess even tho it was our move in date… I have made multiple complaints and nothing has happened.. and let’s not forget they will make every excuse to not come fix their problems or give u an ultimatum before they actually come fix it and you will be charged"
"They switch up the pricing way to much. Dog pop is everywhere in the yard. They charge you double for water. My rent is suppose to be 950.00 and somehow is always over 1400 for a 2 bedroom. I do not recommend."
