"Arella has been such a great place for my mother, she's constantly telling me about the great functions they have both through the company and amongst themselves. She's mentioned how great the maintenance is, and is always talking about how much she loves Steven the maintenance guy. Staff like this is really what makes a difference, its very comforting to know she's happy."
"I have been here for more than two years. This is the second 55+ apt I have ever had. It is 100% better than my last one. I have been very pleased with my choice and plan to stay here as long as I can. Desiree and Nick , are always there to answer questions and help in every way. I haven’t had much interactions with Nick because he is new, but Desiree has been a rock star on always being on top of things . In the last few months, we have had new furniture , new pool enhancement, and a lot more, all of which she has assembled and made everything look so good. When there is a service request it is done the same day or the next day. When there are other building issues ex: gates, elevators, doors , none of which are the fault of the employees, Desiree is on top of it and the companies are here to repair within 24 hours. We have great gatherings that Desiree has put together and made all residences here feel welcomed. She is a great asset to this property."
"Had a great experience today! Went in to tour this beautifully built property and greeted by the lovely office staff. Desiree was very helpful with the information I was needing to tour an apartment and I was also able to meet Nicholas who was putting together an event for the residents, which made me excited to hopefully be apart of in the future!!"
