"Hot water is always brown, you get what you pay for but atp the rent should be lower if you can’t even get clear water. Laundry room been out of service since I’ve moved in. There is no way to get out of a lease if you have a co-signer and they don’t agree."
"My AC hasn't worked since I moved in. Leasing office says it will be fixed but never does. It doesn't go below 76 in my apartment. I brought my own personal unit after I was promised to get a "temporary window unit". That didn't happen either. Rent is cheap and the apartment is clean with no roaches nor mold. The leasing office is friendly overall but I'm disappointed in the lack of due diligence. My corner floods and windows don't have glass but plastic screens instead."
"Roach city I don’t hate it but it weren’t for necessity I wouldn’t be here for certain they always charge you for pest control and never come never in my life have I EVER and I mean ever had such a bad roach infestation like here in my life you will not get reimbursed for any food that the roaches have gotten into and be prepared to hear music at 2-3 am during the work week as well as regularly smell marijuana and dog shit on the daily."
"MANAGEMENT … I recently applied to this resident and called back for an update on my application TIFFANY WAS SUPER RUDE AND EVEN ASK ME QUESTIONS TRYING TO BE FUNNY THAT HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DUE WITH RENTING FROM ARCARTA WHEN SHE REALIZED SHE WAS BEING RECORDED SHE TRIED TO HURRY UP AND HANG UP THE PHONE . First impression is everything and just from the office staff I could tell this is not a place I would want to rent at as my first apartment in Houston . I’ve been in business management and when your receptionist have no respect for future tenants , you can pretty much tell how you will get treated once signing the lease . Will definitely be going up there to speak to the supervisor, I literally wasted my time and money doing an application. Applied elsewhere with absolutely no issues ."
"This is the worst place to live I seen the lady named Zuly kick a cat while the white dude was trying to open the door for the cat to get out of the laundry the other day. I think that they are abusing animals as maintenance people and managers. I also heard that there is a respected white guy that is a famous tiktoker and the FBI came to his house and they are kicking the guy out from what I heard everybody's talking about. And on top of that the roaches are nasty. They're just painting over stuff pretending that to fix stuff. But this is a cash cow apartment complex they don't allow felons."
