"They do not care about the property, or living conditions. They let a unemployment tenant in apartment 118 say she works for them and get access to every unit. Tenant 118 does not pay rent but will use her own money to help pay for eviction. They steal everyonea mail. And when we ask for help we get hit with an eviction. Vickie the "property manager" told the judge she denied our rent because she just wanted us gone because we took steps to get help"
"About time the inspectors went there. Ppl been complaining for. YEARS . These apartments are total. DUMPS Faulty wiring. Varmints. Leaky pipes. They are the worst EVER. THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING I feel for the ppl living there. These apartments do Nothing to address these matters. Entire place needs to be bulldozed."
"I did an application and gave them my money 2 years ago. Waited 3 months and never got to move in. Mind u i had 3 kids! I have several friends that live here and thy don't fix anything!!! One friend hasnt had air in 2 years with 2 kids. One friends ceiling fell in on them. I have alot more friends with problems there but u get the point!!Thy r slum lords!!Don't waste ur money moving into this place. It's full of meth heads!! People jumping off balconies (17 year old kids which ended up in a full body cast).
A guy caught his apartment on fire and jumped off the 3rd floor out his window. People kicking in doors to steal other peoples stuff. Just go get the police reports from there!! Cops r there every day.
The owner didn't have a clue supposedly!Thy r 50,000 dollars behind if not more!! Thy refuse to fix the pools which is part of the lease agreement.
Thy pay the inspector to keep this place up and going!!"

"Moved here February 2018. Office staff is helpful and always friendly, grounds are kept up, maintenance could be better but no major complaints. New wood like tile flooring. Highest electric has been 130.00 in July on 2 bedroom.. Only downside is they don’t have washer/drawer hook ups and the laundry mats on site have limited appliances. Upside neighbors are friendly and school bus picks up/drops off at edge of property. We really enjoy living here."
