"My little family and I lived at Amberjack Estates for 14 months upon moving to Houston. It is located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood which is exactly what we were looking for as we did not want the noise and traffic of the big city.
Tiffany and her management team have been so understanding and helpful throughout our time here, great communication and friendly staff all around, maintenance was always quick to solve any issues we had when requested.
The amenities have been an amazing part of our lifestyle from the dog park for pets to the gym and pool on our days off.
We felt right at home the second we came in the gates with an all around welcoming community.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and beautiful place to call home at a great price."
"I’ve had the pleasure of calling Amberjack home for nearly three years now, and it has truly been an outstanding experience. Tiffani and Andrea in the office have consistently gone above and beyond—offering a level of accommodation, understanding, and professionalism that sets them apart. Their warmth and positivity create a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel right at home.
The community itself is impeccably maintained, offering a peaceful and clean environment that I greatly appreciate. Any issues I’ve encountered have been resolved swiftly thanks to our exceptional maintenance team, led by the ever-reliable Mr. Arthur. His dedication and kindness shine through in everything he does, making a difference for all of us here.
Amberjack is ideally located—tucked away in a perfect spot that feels both convenient and secluded. After three years, I can confidently say there’s nowhere else I’d rather be."
