"DO NOT MOVE HERE. They charge for any and everything can’t tell you the number of emails I have received about being charged for things at this complex. Website talking about luxury apartments, please nothing luxury about this place. People in the office are very rude and racist. If you aren’t Mexican they will speak to you crazy. If you pose as a threat to them they will try to evict you. Maintenance never working and on top of that they don’t do anything about people who buy up all hours of the night playing loud music or people that break the gates to get in."
"Been here for years and it's been very peaceful considering the area and since the new management, repairs are seen to quickly by the new maintenance crew and management are now awesome people. They recently reopened the laundry room after the last management let it among other things fall apart and everyone who uses it gets a key and $5 credit to start so there is now hope for this complex.
*Correction, it was only $3 credit on the card but management was told 5*"
"DO NOT RENT HERE !! Management is unprofessional and disrespectful when you express the urgency of an issue needing to be fixed in your unit. When you complain they threaten to evict you. When you call the office and express your frustration they hang up in your face. They rush to move you into a unit that is dirty and needs maintenance as well as there being a pest problem in every unit (flies, roaches, ants). The water is always rusty which makes your toilets,sinks, and tubs rusty. Every time it rains water leaks into my living room leaving huge holes in the ceiling and damaging my personal items. I’ve have holes in my ceiling for months and have been told that they cannot fix it. They nailed a piece of a card board box to cover the holes. There is most likely mold within the walls from busted pipes and rain water. There is also a terrible stray cat issue. They will sit on top of your vehicle and scratch your cars paint and some neighbors consistently feed the strays. Management is money driven and will find any reason to add fees. They make you feel like the problem for any inconveniences in your unit. They ask you to put in a work order for them to be able to fix anything and even with a work order nothing gets done. The property is dirty and unsafe to live in. DO NOT RENT HERE. You will be unsatisfied and disappointed."
"Slumblord save yourselves they don't want to fix anything. They don't send pest control when you need them and my home has flooded multiple times and they don't want to do anything about it. I was told I would have to wait until my neighbor put her dogs somewhere but I still have to deal with the flooding. Oh and not to mention the rusty brown water they have here not worth moving in.
Just got a call today saying they are filling eviction on me because of my review I'm telling you do not move here."

Been living like this for 5 months now they been tellling me they’re gonna fix stuff they will rush you in the unit make there own rules up everything in the unit will break down less than a week I repeat do not move here I’m taking them to court right now as we speak i still live here like this someone please help me !!"
