"Today was my move in day at Alta, and it was amazing! Alex Moreno is the party manager and she is extremely professional and caring. I am super happy with my apartment and they also have a great move in special that puts the icing on the cake. I have nothing but good things to say about this property and highly recommend it to anyone reading reviews and are trying to do decide. If your are coming to tour this community, Alex is the best!"

A special shoutout to Alexandria Moreno, who has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout my experience. "Apartment amenities and floor plan is great. Unfortunately my upstairs neighbors are not mindful that they have someone living under them. I mean it sounds like they’re river dancing, running, stomping, churning butter, building another apartment. Please be courteous of people below you. This alone will make me move out."

"This place was great when I moved in, but now there’s just too many people. Very noisy throughout the day. You can hear people’s conversations on there balconies, 1 person at the gym bringing over 4 guests. The gym is already very small as is. People blasting music from their cars in the middle of the night. You walk through the neighborhood at anytime of the night and there’s always noise coming from somewhere. People don’t pick up there dogs shit or respect other people. The vision system doesn’t work at all it’s stupid. This place is expensive and low quality . Way too many people moving in, place is losing value . Loud Mexicans blasting music from there trucks it’s just honestly annoying. Kids everywhere screaming I hate this place now !!"
"My experience with the community was 10 out of 10 Alex showed out on the tour she gave. And answered questions before I even said something. Beautiful floor plans check them out you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been living here for 9 months, and I couldn’t be happier! The community is warm and welcoming, the front office staff is absolutely fantastic, and the maintenance crew is lightning-fast when it comes to addressing any issues. The property management team consistently goes above and beyond to keep the community safe, clean, and beautiful. This place exceeds every expectation—no complaints at all! Highly recommend!"
"Great location! They are building many great places in the surrounding area. When I stopped by, Torey was very knowledgeable and warm. I didn't even know what sort of questions to ask, and he covered things I wouldn't have thought of. On top of that, he was patient and understood my urgency to move in, so he got me into my apartment quick after working with me all day. The other staff was kind, too. I really like the amenities, as well. Clean area and quick maintenance!"
"I just signed my lease a couple weeks ago, I do not move in until July but I wanted to go ahead and leave a review. When I toured this place it was great, amazing pool and well kept grounds. saw multiple floor plans and they are all beautiful! I ended up getting the 1 bedroom 1 bath. The application process was easy, and Torey the property manager called me to let me know everything went through! He is great! I can’t wait to call Alta cypress springs my home!!
Update: I was right! This place is so great. They are brand new with great insulation so my average energy bill is only $40 a month for a 1 bed and 1 bath. (I run my a/c a lot). The maintenance guys are great, any issue you have even a light bulb being out, they come right away. The office employees are so kind. They always answer the phone quickly and also plan so many community events for us, from food trucks pulling up to yoga by the pool! Great location with every grocery store a short drive away and being next to the toll road. Everything has been working perfectly in my apartment, I’ve only contacted maintenance about a loose toilet handle and a lightbulb that went out. Neighbors are kind but mostly keep to themselves which I prefer. 10/10 recommend."
