"I love the amenities and safety I feel living here! The parking is well secured, landscaping and office are always well maintained and I get alerts for any packages that arrive. I love the pool and rest areas. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 start is that there’s no elevator for accessibility and residents have too many visitors in the pool blasting vulgar music at night, keeping me from taking my kid and enjoy."
"I've had the pleasure of living here since the complex opened, and I can confidently say it’s been an amazing experience! The apartments have a luxurious feel, with modern finishes and a layout that truly make you feel at home.
Whenever I’ve had any maintenance issues, the response has been incredible—usually resolved by the next day! It’s such a relief knowing that any concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
The leasing team is another standout feature. They’re always friendly and helpful, making the entire leasing process smooth and enjoyable. It really feels like they care about the residents.
The amenities are top-notch as well, providing everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. Whether it’s the fitness center, pool, or community spaces, there's always something to take advantage of.

"I absolutely LOVE Allora. If you’re looking for sophisticated, resort style living, then this is the place for you. Very military friendly with lots of workout machines, conference rooms, and detailed mileage runs in the surrounding area. I’ve been in multiple units and each has a uniquely great view. My favorite part has to be the staff and the back soccer field for volleyball and outdoors sportage. Overall great place to be with endless amenities! Just ask this awesome staff and they will do their best to get the job done! Thank you Allora and thank you 5th!"
"Not a tenant but toured yesterday. I am SO disheartened we are unable to live here! We had the pleasure of going on a tour with Salluly. She was incredibly sweet, kind and patient while my littles walked a little slower behind. While it is off the highway, you have to drive a ways in to get to the complex. It’s like it’s on its own little island. The amenities alone made me want to live here! A freaking squat rack in an apartment complex! The pool looked nice and clean, the common areas were also clean. Everything looked like it was in working order and just pristine! Unfortunately we have a husky that is on the restricted breeds. I told my husband I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking!"
"Apartments are nice and renovated. All appliances work perfectly, I've never had issues with them besides having to re-set the breaker once or twice. Lynette, Salluly & Riquelma have been incredibly helpful and polite from the tour & application process. Any issues I've had, Riquelma always resolves quickly and goes above and beyond. Maintenance request are always taken care of at a timely manner, maintenance men are always super nice. There are always bugs here and there but they get exterminators out quick. Neighbors are friendly and the area feels nice and secure. Pool & gym are always clean. Would very much recommend for families or mom's and their babies!"
