"Moved here a year ago and just renewed my lease. Staff and maintenance workers are fantastic! This morning I submitted a request, Arel and Eusebio were at my door within the hour and took care of everything! They were fast, friendly and very professional."
"I honestly regret moving here. I usually get along with everyone but I’m done here. We pay $1780 to live with roaches, ants, poor management/leasing agents who doesn’t really care about your concerns with the property, poor communication, a trashy property, ignored work orders, etc. We had ants in our unit and we were getting bitten on our feet, management did not offer any sympathy for the matter. They do not reply to emails nor answer the phone, but they are sure to send out the rent reminder. Yes the apartments look nice, but please look deeper into an apartment complex before moving into a “nice looking apartment”."
"I’ve been living here at allora gosling for 3 months and I’ve had the best experience. The office staff is friendly and always there to answer questions. They made the application and move in process super easy. The community is nice and I feel safe here. I’m glad to call it my home. If you’re new to Houston or been living here and looking for a new apartment I highly recommend Allora Gosling."
"It's coming up on a year that I've received my keys and when I say this team ROCKS, they ROCK. I definitely renewed my lease. I had knee surgery and they(leasing & maintenance)have gone out of their way to help me in any way I've needed. Even before surgery, they have been nothing but TOP NOTCH. Bradley is such a kind person. My stay here has been GREAT. The community is very quite and well kept. Keep LOVING on your residents cause we definitely APPRECIATE it. THANKS for everything"
"We have Neighbors above us and the noise thy make constantly is horrible,they don't stop dropping and moving things every minute since early in the mornings.
It is rally annoying.
We have attempted to reach out of they door but unfortunately they didn't open.
We just don't know what else we can do, we send emails about this to the management office already but no body cares about it.
For $1900 I really think we can fine a better place to rent"
