"I had an exceptional experience working with Hector while searching for my future apartment. From our first interaction, he was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Hector took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered a range of options that perfectly fit my criteria. He provided valuable insights about the neighborhood, highlighting the pros and cons, which helped me make an informed decision.
What truly stood out was his professionalism and genuine care for my satisfaction. He was always available to answer my questions and guided me through the leasing process step-by-step, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way.
Thanks to Hector, I found the perfect apartment that I’m excited to call home! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable leasing agent."
"Me and my dad moved here a few months ago it’s nice and all but our washing machine ended up being broken and nobody said anything about it we just had to find out…. And then management sucks at urgency , our dishwasher has been broken and we have a leak under our sink for 2 weeks now and my dad called the office they said they’d fix it but never did…. Definitely going to be moving soon"
"I have lived at Allora Bella Terra for a year and have had a great experience! The place is quiet, clean, and in a great neighborhood with good schools. My lease is ending, and I will be renewing because I’ve also had a great experience with the staff. Hector is super helpful, funny, and really listens! I’ve had a wonderful experience with the other leasing agent, Julianna, and management, Brenda and Jadira, as well. Julianna is super sweet and always happy to help!"
"I’ve been apt hunting for awhile and decided to try Richmond. Allora Bella Terra was my first stop. Hector was very welcoming and professional, he greeted me with an extended arm and hand shake and introduced himself. He showed me the premises and I loved how nice and clean everything was. Hector was thorough on the questions I asked him. I can actually say I’m excited about making this place my home, looking forward to all the good things this place has to offer. Thank you Hector you’re Awesome!"
"Have lived here at least 10 years and gone through management changes about maybe 3 times, without ever having any issues . This 4th management company is terrible and the front office staff is incredibly inept, so it’s no wonder that more than half the apartments are vacant. Just a few things you can look forward to:
- $30/mo for valet trash service that randomly decides not to show up.
- $15/mo for a “package service” that is never utilised.
- $8.58/mo for an illegal “damage waiver” fee even with our own renters insurance.
- A car service station with a broken hose and vacuum machine that rarely works.
- The smell of weed most nights when I get home from work.
- Paper thin walls so you can enjoy upstairs neighbours stomping around like elephants and heavy bass music from neighbours at the end of the hallway.
- Neighbours whose children are running around screaming in the hallways after 9pm.
- A plethora of cigarette butts in your yard or near the front of the building.
- Only allowing “patio furniture” on your patio or balcony. Apparently this doesn’t include outside brooms, shelving, or a towel (which we use to wipe our dogs’ feet after they’ve been out, especially when it’s wet or muddy).
- Landscapers who blow their grass clippings onto your patio or balcony and just leave it there.
- I will say that the maintenance team is great when you need help with something.
Do yourself a favour: find a complex with more competent office staff and well built apartments. Paying over $1500/mo for an 850 sq ft “luxury” apartment in the suburbs because it’s “fair market price” is ridiculous. You’re much better off paying the same price for an apartment closer to downtown, especially if you work in the medical field like I do. Quite honestly, the only reason we’re still here is because I was too lazy to look at new apartments and stupidly signed a new 13 month lease."
