"My daughter just moved out of this apartment, and I will say, do your research before moving in. They're constantly changing management/staff; when you make a maintenance request, they send people who don't speak English, and nothing gets done. My daughter has made multiple service requests to fix the airflow, but nothing has been done. My daughter shouldn't have to smell her neighbors cooking or smoking weed in her apartment. There was mold, and nothing was fixed. This is unacceptable, and something should have been done besides changing the vent( which didn't work). Rent is steadily increasing, and will quickly charge you a late fee if you are late but lack tenant concerns. Apartment walkways smell bad and looks like a low-income apartment"
"What could improve? Everything could improve.
Our sink has been damaged for a week and two days, and we haven't had anyone to fix it. We haven't been able to use it, because if we do, the food comes up.
For every little thing they tow your car. We are residents and we had to borrow a car, we registered it everyday how it used to be and they towed it because it didnt have a temporary pass. We got a new car this week, we put the temporary pass, and guess what happened? The day we register it, it gets towed. They have towed our cars a total of 4 times, every single time we have had to pay more than $200 to get it out. This is unbelievable.
There seems to be no care for the residents overall. I have had to miss work or leave early to deal with these issues, as my wife just had a c-section and is caring for our baby, and they still seem to not care about anything.

"All these five star reviews are fake. In 2 weeks, I’ve had 2 cars towed and we’ve followed their “new” rules. It seems like they change the rules every five seconds. Not only do they tow cars like crazy here, the maintenance has changed. Before, in a day the maintenance would be fixed, now it’s taking over a week. The staff doesn’t help at all. We are college students with a child and don’t have the money to keep paying their towing fees. If I could’ve left 6 months ago I would have. This place has gone to absolute trash, it’s not like how it was a year ago. If you’re going to pay attention to one post, pay attention to this one. DONT LEASE HERE"
"This place is trash! We were NEVER notified by the leasing office that visitor parking was changed. My car was towed even after registering with the online company. I was told by the tow truck company that parking rules had changed. After reviewing emails from the leasing office, we could not locate any notifications about the new parking rules. My son has been parking my car in the same spot, registering it, and taking a picture of the registration, yet my car was still towed last night. Besides that, maintenance takes weeks to come out and fix problems. We will be moving as soon as the lease is up. Do not move here! The office staff is rude and do not help with anything! Their towing policies are a scam!"
"*Rating on leasing services* Firstly I want to personally thank Brandy for helping me out this past week as I am currently looking for a new complex to move into. She was truly a ray of sunshine who was so stunning to talk to. She knew all her information about the units, answered all my questions and took the time to cater to my needs. Even though i was looking for immediate move in, to which they currently didn’t have, she still took the time to show me a unit and talk with me about potential units for the future. She even called me a few days later to reach out and check in on me. I want to thank her for all the care she took into making me feel welcome and cared for during our appointment."
