"Love going to these apartments to visit family. They have good security, and tow vehicles that aren’t registered there. The apartments are clean, they have a pool, a playground for the kids. The area is clean and orderly. I also hear the Manager is friendly and courteous. If I ever leave from my place I’ll definitely be coming here if any vacancy is available."

"Blanca, the property manager, is so fabulous! She is welcoming and vibrant, full of positive energy, and gets things done! Contact Blanca about anything and she handles it promptly. Her genuine care for the residents is what motivated me to sign my lease. All of the tenants are polite. A great family community. Lots of plants on resident patios. So if you want to grow vegetables or flowers, there is plenty of space and sunlight to do so. The property is kept clean. There is even a water filling station on site. The neighborhood was quiet, except on weekends, when people would grill and play music while the kids ran around outside. There is life in the complex. As a single woman, I felt very safe during my time there. This complex is definitely worth checking out."
"By far the best community I’ve ever lived in. Blanca, the community manager, is exceptional. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are being taken care of. My fiancé and I have a pit mix, and Blanca didn’t care because she did a pet interview and could see that our dog was friendly. This is definitely a family community and people watch out for one another here. I’ve never lived in such a great place before. It is a very affordable place to live and Blanca will always fight for your rights. During the recent winter freeze, our electricity was supposed to go up by more than $400 for that month, but Blanca fought for us and the community and made sure we weren’t going to pay that amount. She works really hard to make sure our community is a safe place to live, and before the pandemic she was always throwing holiday events for us. One downside is that sometimes the shared washers and dryers won’t always work or will not finish your load of laundry, but now that we live in a unit with our own washer and dryer we obviously no longer see that as an issue. Maintenance is always easily accessible, and if your issue is urgent, they’ll be coming to see you within a day. If anything ever occurs on property, Blanca is easy to get in touch with but most times it’s easy to assume the problem is already being taken care of. The community as a whole is very quiet and we’ve never run into any noice issues. A bonus is the the complex didn’t flood during Harvey, and never really floods in general. If you’re looking for an affordable place to live with a community manager who actually cares about your well being, I’d definitely recommend 74 Lyerly!"
"74 Lyerly is an amazing place to live! Blanca the property manager is amazing. She is kind and listens if you have questions or concerns. Maintenance is effecient and conducts repairs in a timely manner. This community is family oriented and a great place to live if you have small children and or pets. I really enjoyed living here and am grateful that I founded such a great place to call home."
