"I recently toured this apartment complex and was thoroughly impressed. The facilities are top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and plenty of green spaces for relaxation. The management team Britney and Kristina were incredibly friendly and answered all my questions, making the application process smooth and stress-free. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Plus, the location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. "UPDATING TO ADD:
Saturday, 8/12, leasing office said they are here 1-5 today so i can fome drop keys at any time.
I arrived at about 2:25 pm to drop off keys with leasing office and they have LEFT FOR A BREAK until 3 pm. Could they nit have said this on the phone yesterday??? I am DRENCHED IN SWEAT from moving and have refrigerated and frozen food in my car because they said I could drop them 1-5. I'm sorry, if you're working 4 hours, why do you need more than a 10 minute break at a time??
Vesta Corp has recently taken over the property management of the community, and it has gone downhill even more. I would have given 3 stars to the previous property management. They make excuses about the property looking a mess because "maintenance is busy." The last maintenance team handled everything timely and there were never problems like this. It sounds like they need to hire another team member or 5. Trash was left in pet and trash stations across the community for over a month, no lawn maintenance or mowing for over a month, vehicles have been left on blocks, and some even stolen completely from this "gated" complex. Break-ins during the day in my building as well. The pool is not properly cared for. The mail room was LOCKED last night and myself and 3 other people (within 5 minutes) attempted to get in (it is a 24-hour facility for residents). They have not called or emailed me back regarding this, or sent out any communication.
They do not answer the phones in the office.
Overall way too expensive for what the value is. I do not recommend."
