"Been here almost a year and have had no major issues. The staff in the office are awesome and they take care of every issue I’ve had. Alex is very nice and professional."
"Would not recommend. Apartments filled with roaches. Have used EVERY type of self exterminating I can because they never bring people out to do it, and they still crawl everywhere. The come out of the shower knobs and there are TONS of cracks and openings everywhere.
The management are really difficult to get a hold of. And they are constantly “closed” at the office during supposed normal hours. I can’t keep up with how many times I’ve tried to stop by to pick up a package during their supposed hours, and they are closed. Waiting for our lease to end to get OUT of this place. Do NOT waste your money here."

"I’ve lived here for over a year; and it’s ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! The management DOES NOT care about anything. I’ve had leaks, my ceiling fell through twice!! They don’t freaking care! every apartment has roaches and they tell you that they’ll have pest control come; even schedule it! Yet NOVODY ever shows up!! Its EMBARRASSING for them! I’m so over it. We’ve changed property managers a few time; which is why I haven’t left yet- hoping each time things would get better. Yet they don’t. They’re ABSOLUTELY WILLING TO LET YOUR SAFETY BE AT RISK. The manager doesn’t respond to emails, and they get annoyed when you show up in person (yet it seems to be the only way to get ahold of them. )"
