"Alexandra is the best one she smiles every time I see her she’s very patient on the phone and with me when she call and I come she always smile and is amazing and helpful . Very good professional at her job. Property is nice and good complex not expensive nothing, area is very nice on Westheimer close to highway 6 15 minutes to galleria 5 minutes from I10 amazing"
"Noisiest apartments. I hate it here. Vehicles with extremely loud music driving up and down this humongous apartment complex. Very loud neighbors playing loud music. Paper thin walls you can hear the neighbors having conversations. Dogs are not on leashes. Residents don’t follow lease policies but as long as they pay rent, the management cares less. They need to add more speed bumps too. It’s not family friendly. Just a very chaotic living experience. The only positive thing they have going is that they tow unauthorized vehicles. That ensures residents have enough parking and I’m sure it reduces insecurity to some extent. They need to keep that up."
"I just left the property and I was being taken care of by the nicest, most professional, and sweet leasing person I have ever dealt with. Her name was Alex and she answered all my questions and showed me and my husband around. I've been renting apartments for a long time and she's the first person who didn't have to say "let me ask my manager because I'm not really sure." I really loved that had all the answers to my questions without having to check with her manager. She was so professional and she was extremely sweet and kind. The apartments are very affordable for me. Just in my exact price range. I told her I need a 2 bedroom downstairs because I have a toddler and stairs scare me with my baby. I was approved and I am moving Monday when I get my keys."
"If I could get them zero stars I would. Starting with it being roach infested and horrible paint jobs over broken items. I should’ve ran when I had the chance but it was my first apartment I didn’t know. Management was a nightmare as well. I had to move out my original apartment due to electrical issues mind you not by choice. ( all because the property manager didnt want to fix it in a timely manner) . They lied about my leasing agreement and forged paperwork. And when it came time for me to move they lied again and said I didn’t have to give 60 days, so I sent a message at 30 days and was told I did in fact have to sign a 60 day notice. Which led to having to pay extra fees and a whole month’s rent and I didn’t even live there. I asked for grace because it was their mistake and it was blamed on me from management. All in all this place is a rat trap and roach infestation bomb ran!!!!! Also be careful with Maria she is in on everything and plays blind don’t trust her as far as you can throw her."
"10/26/2024 *sigh* even after finally moving out this place is still giving me a hard time. Especially the assistant manager Maria. They want to charge me $500 for regular wear and tear “damages”. I have lived here for 4.5yrs of course it’s common to have some wear and tear. I left my apartment clean but it doesn’t stop them from trying to get more money out of you. Either way it’s the property responsibility to make sure the apartment is ready for the next tenant.
Why would the apartments have the pool closed on a Sunday? The one day of the week people can actually go as a family
UPDATE:SERIOUSLY!!! They even changed their time hours to the pool, with this Texas heat everyone will want to go to the pool after 5:30. It’s currently 6pm and my toddler and I can’t even enjoy the pool.
All the rent we pay and can’t even enjoy the “amenities”.

My husband’s truck was stolen, that’s right a whole big Chevy Silverado truck STOLEN literally outside my building inside the apartments and how ironic it was that I was robbed when the “security” was out for the night. I bet my money the management is involved and like always they won’t help out or seem like they care, but god forbid I leave my trash out cause they will sure charge you a $50 penalty. Im exhausted here literally can’t wait to run out of here as soon as my lease is up.
Save yourself the headache please and find another please to live."
"Let’s talk, so not only is the place just generally outdated and negligent but it’s crawling with bugs not just cockroaches, the appliances often don’t work. In addition to only allowing one car per person on the lease, the property manager likes to lie to avoid responsibility. There have been break ins on the mailboxes and when I tried to talk to the office, the property manager Maria Vasquez was rude, dismissive and said it was not her responsibility but the postal offices; I later found that was a lie. I was also not informed on the permit and towing policies, Maria might avoid telling you this but she has a contract with the tow company to start towing at 6 pm and essentially whenever they like, so the second you park and turn your back you might lose your car, and even if you did make the parking permit it might still be towed and no one in the office will do anything but lie about their part in it all. On top of alll this, the pool is slimy and disgusting the pool furniture smells and is never cleaned, the gates are always broken and always being “fixed”, the gym is severely lacking in both cleanliness and supply, the nicest place in the whole complex is the office and I bet they used that extra tow money for that too I mean I would too if I earned an extra $200 every time a car got towed from this complex….also they fake good reviews to hide how many 1 star reviews they really have. Unfortunately my opinion is the complex’s most popular opinion"
