"This management team is professional and not like the frat house fraternity management at my old place down the street. I Will really take advantage of the gift wrapping station they have in the coffee bar/common area . Another resident welcomed me and said that I am going to really like it here…"

"We lived here for almost two years and loved it! Location is great! Safety is top priority! I never felt unsafe! The entire staff is so nice from the leasing center to the maintenance team! Brianna toured us and from day one we were always greeted by her with a smile!! They have raffles and fun activities going on every month! We were so sad to leave especially because they have so many nice upgrades happening and will make living there even better!"
"Location, Location, Location!!!? Friendly and very responsive Office staff! Love how quiet and well maintained things are here! Though I do feel housekeeping Staff could benefit from the addition of a couple more team members at times.The view of Downtown and the city landscape from the 5th floor "catwalk" is beautiful! Overall the value for the rent is SOLID compared to similar properties in the desirable Heights. The walkability quotient to everything related to entertainment, shopping, and dining is "off the charts!" Hopefully the rent doesn't increase too dramatically this fall when our lease comes up for our 1st renewal..."
