"I love living at 2100 Memorial senior apartments by Columbia residential. It’s an elegant place to live. It’s to a beautiful location with beautiful scenery overlooking downtown Houston and Memorial Park. I’m quite enamored with our staff, as they are an excellent group of young ladies being led by Bria Craig who is always above reproach when dealing with the client! as a fair housing counselor for the City Of Houston it is my job to work with dissatisfied clients! Living at 2100 Memorial, I am a satisfied client enjoying this beautiful luxurious apartment!

"Newly rebuilt, & under CR mgmt. Come by to see Shawn, Bria, Angelica or Valiacia, & let them know Paula sent you. Its about 65% full, with many new additions and services. Package delivery, Business center, Exercise center, Disability access, Movie theater, Lobby meet ups, puzzles, Grand Piano, Underground secured parking. 55+ Seniors. In each place its only what you make of it. I'm back to my forever home. Thank You Historical 6th Ward, & Partners. Come by to see new xmas decs. Merry Christmas 2024 & Happy New Year 2025."
"The staff is absolutely fantastic… They are always willing to go out of their way to accommodate you! They are A+ in my book!
The newly structured apt. are nice with a beautiful view and sought after address however, they went very cheap on countertops, all water appliances and building space. The interior is cheaply done and makes the hallway appear dated, for a new facility. There is no activity room or catering kitchen as advertised. A disappointment ! The weight room and theater room are very nice. The closest space is extremely small. BEWARE The bathroom has a humidifier that turns off and on by itself and is very annoying, it runs almost 24 hrs. every day. I mean after all we do live in Houston…
The view is worth a million bucks!!!"
"I’M SO EXCITED ABOUT THE MOVE AT 2100 MEMORIAL THE STAFF IS VERY CONSIDERATE, RESPECTFULLY AND PLEASANTLY BEAUTIFUL , Mrs. Paula/ Mrs. Velencia there very attentive to your needs & concerns. AS WELL AS THE PROPERTY IT’S KEPT UP PEACEFULLY, very clean . I LOVE IT I’M SO BLESSED TO BE IN THESE LOVELY APARTMENTS. Residents are very nice. Thank you for all you of you all hard work it’s really appreciated!!!
