"Avoid This Apartment Complex at All Costs!
I recently escaped this apartment complex after a horrific experience with the management, despite being a loyal resident for over 2 years.
The manager was consistently rude, liar, unprofessional, and dismissive of my concerns. When I reported safety issues, they responded with a shocking disregard for tenants' well-being: "No one guarantees your safety."
Over the past year, conditions rapidly deteriorated. I repeatedly reported safety concerns and issues with trash collection, but management failed to address them. The situation continued to worsen over several months, creating an unbearable living environment.
The final straw was when I was physically assaulted by a neighbor after their unleashed dog tried to attack my family. Despite multiple warnings to management, they failed to take action.
Management denied our mutual agreement to move out, lied about having no record of it, and even threatened to damage my credit score.
The apartment's infrastructure is severely lacking, with frequent elevator breakdowns and unleashed dogs urinating in the elevator.
To protect my rights, I hired a lawyer, incurring significant expenses. Only then did management accept my demands.
Do not trust this apartment complex with your safety and well-being. Look elsewhere!"
"UPDATE: 12/1/24 STILL HAVE NOT FIXED ANY BELOW ISSUES.
Rent is going up 200 and nothing below has been fixed
have been multiple shootings
They asked me to take down the first post a year ago promising to fix things but nothing has changed.
I have been a resident for 6 years. Last 3 have been awful.
Wifi in community areas is awful
Hot tub hasn't worked in 4 years (I have full emails from the managers saying they would fix it and never have)
Public bathrooms are either locked or don't have toilet paper in them and won't leave extra available.
Tvs in community area haven't worked I. 3 years.
Rent has gone up 30%
Break-ins 1 to 2x a month
Visitor parking is always full and they can't wait to tow cars even though there is plenty of parking in the back.
Elevator constantly going out.
We were out of power/water for 7days in the freeze, tornado and hurricanes.
Roaches
Finding mold around ac vents now.
Maintenance team is great when it comes to in unit issues but they could care less about the amenities we pay extra for.
Allie Orion won't call or email me back and has multiple lawsuits against them for ac and water issues in there cheaper developments.
Save your time and money"

Gym has a great view, some equipments are starting to give out
Can get frustrating when there’s more people working out
Looks like something changed in management recently
We don’t really get notified of all the incidents happening on property anymore like theft , vandalism
There were talks about getting additional cameras but they don't seem to be helping too much
Others issues have been very promptly taken care of . Cant complain regarding regular maintenance .its been great
With the amount of rent and additional amenities fee being charged , it can be a little disappointing now"
"Our experience finding an apartment here was so easy, Tanya is an amazing leasing agent, her vibe is awesome, she answered all our questions.. The aplication process was easy and she kept good communication with us the whole process.. the amenities are well kept. The gym looks good (I’m not sure yet if all the equipments works, I’ll update this later) and also the pool is pretty. The apartment is nice and was very clean. Overall it has been a good experience for now… Thanks Tanya and Mike."
"After leasing apartments for 2 Yrs. as a locator and visiting dozens of Apartments all around Houston, I have to say I’m extremely happy with the place and highly impressed with the Leasing and Maintenance team! I needed to make a move in 24 Hrs. and they both made it happen. Patrick Brun, Berenise Rodriguez and Courtney Oji are extremely profesional, friendly, and clearly on point. The location is great, complex is well maintained and in my opinion has the one of the best GYMS in the area.
