"I have lived here a little over 3 months and haven’t had a bad experience yet! The move in process was super easy and quick. They communicated well and got us moved in quickly. The apartment is nicely renovated and matches exacting what we envisioned. We have only had to have maintenance come out twice for minor things and they have also been super fast usually within 48 hours of me putting the request in, it is already fixed. The staff is super nice. We had Ashley during the move in process but Carolyn and Jennifer are amazing as well. The only issue we have had has been noisy upstairs neighbors, but the office was on top of it. They took care of it swiftly, gave us resources to use, they really listened and shared our frustration. We have had no issues since. We love it at this complex and love the staff. Highly recommend for anyone especially first time renters like us"
"I have lived at Woodland Landings for 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is absolutely perfect, quiet, and peaceful.
Some of the standout features of these apartments when I first moved in were the brand new appliances, countertops, and flooring. It really gave a modern and fresh feel to the place.
Additionally, for the price I pay, this is by far the best deal I could find in the area. The apartments are spacious, providing the most square footage per price, which is the best value for money.
Overall, I would highly recommend Woodland Landings to anyone looking for a great place to live. Ask for Jennifer and/or Carolyn. They will help with any questions & concerns, and they always do so with a smile."
"I love my spacious 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment home. I've been a resident for a number of years and the management and staff are friendly, always helpful. Improvements are made with very little inconvenience and the maintenance department is one of the best! I love the new granite in my large kitchen. ?"
