"I’ve lived here for a year and just recently renewed my lease . Since living here I have enjoyed staying here comfortably, Jessica and her staff are very nice and friendly . The office is very fast at responding to any emails , and the maintenance is very quick at fixing anything I have needed done . Also since living here they’re have been a lot of renovations that have made the property look so nice . I do love the fact that the property does activities for holidays to engage with the residents & lots of emails for reminders and anything we may need to know about . Would also like to mention that they are very affordable and nice and would recommend living here !"
"Quiet, safe, clean, affordable. The office staff will listen and address concerns. Maintenance responds quickly. 10PM noise curfew. Close to everything. Food trucks and activities to celebrate special occasions. A great find for those who want to save and be safe at the same time."

"I am a single parent and fairly new to the state of Texas. I happen to be in the neighborhood when I notice the well-kept apartments. Once I made it to work, I called and when I say I could feel Ms. Jessica smile through the phone. She definitely got my interest in going forward to see the apartment and just because she was so nice I did not want to waste her time. On arriving after a long day at work with kids, Ms. Jessica caring spirit filled her office as she were giving out bookbags and handing me water and a snack until she was done. Ms. Jessica was nothing but amazing during my process of my new home. I did get the apartment and walked in with welcome home basket. I love that even through these are older apartments, that you can't tell, Ms. Jessica and al the neighbors made me feel like i was in a home. Great customer service. God could not have picked, or I had chosen a better place."
"I love this place, and I love all the events, I just wish I could afford a 2 bedroom. Last I love the staff. They try to accommodate me with all I ask for. I have been living here 7 years 2 months and have signed for an 8th month. Thank you for all that you do"
