"From the very beginning we felt really welcomed here, while i was talking to the Office lady, she answered all the questions, no leaving blanks in my thoughts yk….So far we moved in about a week ago, ive had some maintenance stuff to work on & they were sharp on a monday to fix the issue! Parking spot i like they give you your own spot..which is good! I havent heard much noise like other apartments people be outside just drinking and stuff! Which was not what i was looking for. I love the layout of the apartment. Its not a luxury apartment but they are so comfortable and very much good if youre leaving alone or starting your little family."
"From start to lease the process was simple. Office staff was very helpful and quick to sold any issues I had. My move in was handled in what felt like a blink of an eye. Quiet Complex I love it here. Thank you ladies"
"Apartment manager trying to charge me for fleas. like if I had a dog. They don't do pest control. She's not understanding. Do not move in these apartments. Management is horrible, they don't fix anything AC. Don't work There's no security. Car been broken into I'm moving out today.Abandoned cars. Also mold all over the apartment"
"There is consistently issues with billing at these apartments, Also, the pool remains closed for months on months at a time there’s no way to get a direct answer on when things will be fixed when things will be open. Also, the staff is not good at communication. I called and I asked if my account was up-to-date and I was told it was. Few days later, I noticed the money had bounced back. I once again called the office to confirm and they said I was up-to-date. Then the following month I go to pay my rent and it says I owe two months Late fees. Why was I not communicated to?"
