"I am very pleased with my experience at the new apartment so far. The community has been excellent, and I want to specifically appreciate the efforts of Vishal, the community manager representative. His helpfulness and proactive communication have truly stood out. He consistently provides timely updates, maintains a positive can-do attitude, and is always ready to assist with any concerns.
The process has been seamless, and I hope the level of service and support I’ve experienced before moving in continues or even improves moving forward. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and well-managed community!"
"This is the worst apartment to live in, they have no regards for the health and safety of the residents, I have molds in my house for over a 2months now, they keep sending emails of completed maintenance but they don’t go in to do anything, the house keeps getting flooded, infested with roaches. They don’t pick calls or respond to messages."
"The front gate is constantly a one way due to no one wanting to go over the bumps. Mixed with when the gates are closed there is often a line of 4 cars without access because they don’t want to buy a fob. The bumps are so big, people are slow. Always smells like weed outside. Floors so thin you hear every step above you like you live under a bowling alley."
"I wouldn’t recommend a dog to move over here. This company allows their valet trash to encase my privacy. They allow the valet trash company to put trash directly next to your door. The office manager told me today that they have no control over anything once the office is closed. I am so ready to move from here it’s pathetic. I have 3 more months and I will not be signing another lease, mind you this isn’t a free service. He also goes to residents homes and eat tacos."
"I have moved out of the apartment this past month and wanted to reflect my stay in the apartment. For the most part, the apartment complex can be a fairly quiet place; however, I have experience my car being stolen in the place. The management didn't have cameras to provide to the authorities and told me they couldn't do anything for me. They didn't even bother to try checking other cameras to see if they could catch the car leaving the complex at approximate period of time it was stolen. Following that, they also messed up my contract which caused chaos throughout the payment process. It has been solved now, but it took quite a lot of talks to make it happen. I am degrading my rating from my first impression with my full experience with the complex."
