"My ac went out 3 days into me moving in. I was given a window unit to cool the whole apartment which made my light bill sky high. My whole apart is severely unleveled. My 9 year old daughter constantly trips and falls due to the tiles being short and taller throughout the whole apartment
The floores are so ruined and cracked when I sweep and mop they still look dirty. My locks on the windows look like they were there when they first built the apartments. Sooo old with little to no security. Especially with my daughters rooms being directly situated on the street. "to be continued gotta clock in"
Continued. So I started maintenance requests the very first day I moved in. ( You can see by the photos why the ac went out. These are recent photos) The bathroom in the hallway tub handle came off which made it impossible to turn off the water. I called maintenance and they said they couldn't come for hours. Now mind you there is a maintenance worker who stayed right upstairs to the left of me literally. So a main worker finally came hours later says he couldn't do anything and that it would be the next day. Truthfully I'm saying this the honest truth. They came back a month later. A MONTH! WATER RAN FOR OVER A MONTH NON STOP! the only reason anyone ever came back to half do the job was because I called the city of Houston Health Department. (Note to self contact the inspector). Ok so a whole month later waters running non stop it starts to come under the tile into the hallways and both my kids rooms destroying beds clothes etc. making it more of a breeding ground for black mold. My grandma got sick with covid visiting. There's no way I could have brought any of my nail clients here it's unsafe hazardous unleveled severely etc. they should be torn down. I feel really bad for the people staying here. They don't deserve this type of intentional mistreatment?"
"I believe they are very nice every one should work together to keep their apartment right. Sometimes you make your own home a home. Thank God he put on the office heart to give you a chance. ❤️???"
"I waited a few weeks before putting in my review. After transferring into a new unit, I am very happy with the improvements that are property manager Yvette, and Miss. Jasmine has done such an amazing job with improving the property. Miss Jasmine was very kind and understanding about the reason why we needed a transfer. They made sure that the process was effortless on our end and we had little complaints. I see how hard they are trying to improve this property. And they're doing a great job. Maintenance respond a lot faster now, this complex has has always been very quiet and family oriented. I've lived at this property for about 5 years now and I can definitely see a difference between then and now. I am very happy with the changes that have been made and I hope they keep making Improvements."
"Love this place, been staying here for 2 years and counting. Leasing office is very helpful with any issues."
"I love my new apartment the office staff Sierra and Manager Jasmine went over and beyond to provide me with a beautiful renovated apartment for a price I can afford"
