"I used to love living here. It was quiet and peaceful. The Maintenance and office people are great. It's all the partying happening at the pool or outside their apartment unit. If you work long hours and want to come home and rest, well you are not going to get that here. Residents party every weekend and have pool parties. If you want to relax in your apartment or at the pool good luck with that."
"I’m going on 4 months of living here, when I first came to do the tour the service was great! I had an issue with my food disposal so I put in a maintenance order and not even an hour later maintenance man came and fixed the issue! How freaking amazing is that! I can trust my Amazon packages in front of my door with no problem and the apartments are old but VERY well kept it’s peaceful for the most part I feel safe coming home late I love how kids play outside and how the neighbors know each other everyone greets one another."
"This place is a hidden gem, quiet, The management is awesome! skilled and friendly maintenance staff, prompt on work orders. I love it here!"
"Like the reviews say this place is great the office people are great it’s just the neighbors in the pool area always the same people partying loud music drinking and smoking."
"My first apartment and honestly one of the best in the area for price, size, and quality. In a pretty decent area (7/10). It’s gated, never had my car broken into, never had any of my many packages stolen, mail box is safe and secure. I’ve never felt unsafe in these apartments or area. Nice garden and swimming pool. Rarely any loud noise and close to a lot of local stores. Security Guards patrol during the night. Overall very much worth it!"
