I moved into Vista Energy Corridor in June 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, the management team—Kathy, Kareena, and Linda—have been incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly make you feel at home. ?
A big shoutout to Mario and his maintenance team! ?️ Any issue I had was resolved promptly and efficiently. The level of care and attention they provide is top-notch.
Their app is a game-changer, making it super convenient to pay bills and communicate with management. ??
The clubhouse and amenities are always spotless. The pool is sparkling clean, and I absolutely love the coffee &Tea selection at the clubhouse. ☕ As an avid pool player, I really enjoy lounging there and playing a few games. ?
I highly recommend Vista to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to live in the Energy Corridor. The management is fantastic, and the maintenance team is excellent. You won’t be disappointed! ??

"From the time I made an appointment to see the home until I actually saw it, completed the application process, and signed it, the move-in experience was flawless. The personnel who have assisted me and gone above and beyond Linda Rodriguez's expertise, promptness, and compassion sealed the deal for me to move into these apartments. My confidence in moving here was further bolstered by meeting Kathy Sawyer. Kathy is a gracious hostess who keeps her promise. Thank you to all of the ladies who helped with my move-in process and to the maintenance and extended staff who went above and beyond."
"I’m going to be moving in a couple of weeks so I decided to call for a tour. Staff on the phone were very friendly and able to schedule me right away. The person who gave me a tour of the apartments was Joseline. She was also very friendly, helpful, and explained the process to move in thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised and most likely will be coming back to make it official to move in!"
"As a well-seasoned employee within property management, I truly understand how demanding, challenging and difficult the job can be; Through those challenges one must remain professional, courteous, and pleasant.
In all of my years Cathy Sawyer the property manager grossly rendered me the worst experience I have ever had with ANYONE within the profession. Her customer service is beyond disrespectful, rude, ignorant and PATHETICLY Distasteful.
Cathy please remember this. If you are "too busy because you are the property manager", (as you stated) DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. By the time that you rant about how busy you are, and how someone can just go to the website you could have already given at best, mediocre service by just answering a simple question."

Thanks to Linda, Kathy and Kareena for responding to our queries and giving the comfort that moving to a new home would be hassle free, which eventually turned out to be true.
