"Im so in love with my house 1st of all the community is so quite, calm, clean, nice. As soon as i open the door and saw the house from the Inside i fell in love immediately. The manager Michelle help me with my application she made the process for me so easily, when I had question or help Michelle was quick to help me or answer any questions that I had I would definitely recommend this place but especially to come and lease with Michelle. Thank you so much for helping with my application and making my family happy with the house"

"I have had a great experience moving into the villas at Sunterra. I really want to thank Ashley because I moved in from out of state and she took the time out to zoom me to show me the home I picked out. Michelle is another I would like to thank because since I moved in my home anything I asked of her she has been helpful and nice to me. Jose the maintenance guy is awesome as well he have come to help and explain things in my home. I would recommend this community to anyone it is so amazing and quiet. I wish I could give them 10 stars if I could."
"We came and toured a few months back and it seemed like the perfect place for us. Signed a lease and moved into a unit where people apparently only lived here for a couple months. Man did they do some damage. We were told we would get a move in inspection and we are on month 4 of living here and still no inspection. Don’t worry I took pictures so we wont be charged for anything. We are missing knobs in our kitchen, there are poorly patched holes in the walls, the house reeks of cigarette smoke (all blinds are covered in a film from the smoke), had such a bad ant infestation that it was upstairs in our rooms ( had to take matters into our own hands), Utilities are absolutely INSANE, they said the house was “move in ready” this house wasn't cleaned at all there are stains from the previous tenants on all cabinets, and the floors in the kitchen were nasty. We still don't have mail keys and when we went to the post office we are having to pay $50 for a lock change!!!!! We also don't have a front door code even after calling multiple times, nor access to the app. It just was not what we were expecting. Oh and calling feels impossible i never get an answer. I’m hoping things get better because right now we aren’t happy with our decision."
