"I absolutely love my property! It’s conveniently located, making it easy to access everything I need. The community is wonderfully diverse, which adds to the overall vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The property is always well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of care goes into its upkeep. Not to mention, the staff here is amazing—they’re always on top of things and get the job done efficiently. Highly recommend!"
"I went to this charming apartment complex to drop off something to a friend at the front gate. I went into the leasing office and asked if I may use there restroom. The guy that's working there said he doesn't normally work there and he didn't even know if there was a restroom and there was another person there that worked there but she was busy on the phone and he didn't want to disturb her. Judging by the pictures on the reviews ahead of me there's lots of mold in this complex."
"From the time I first went to check out the apartments, throughout the year I lived there, and even after moving out, there was an incredible lady that always helped and assisted me throughout every process with a smile on her face and a kind attitude. This lady is Alondra, and I am very thankful for her. The absolute best when it came to anything I needed help with. Thank you Alondra."
"Moved in a month ago. Saw roaches the day I moved in and mentioned them on the move in sheet. Complex sprayed twice and the roaches have only gotten worse since. Kitchen is inundated with them as soon as the lights are off. I’ve messaged the front office about them three times with little actual result. Dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator are infested. Haven’t even been able to put my kitchenware up because of it. Photos are of roaches I killed myself with my own spray because theirs has been so ineffective. Also cabinets were not cleaned before I moved in. Still had dead roach carcasses and droppings. Had to clean them out myself. Don’t move here."
"I moved in last month, and I actually love my apartment. However there are a few things that do bother me. I do agree with the others about the pest issue. But my problem area is the bathroom. I’ve had them come spray, but it doesn’t seem to work. So I’ve been trying to find different things to do it myself. Also the apartment was not finished as far as the minor issues being completed. The kitchen cabinets were not painted, and the floor boards are missing. Just by looking at the cabinets let’s me know that the previous tenant had a dog. I’m on the first floor, so I was supposed to get hard wood floors. This apartment is fully carpeted. Even in the dining area. I went to the leasing office to let them know my concerns, and I was told to take pictures. I took them, then submitted them through the portal as a work order. And still nothing.

Of course the OWNERS would try to make it look as if they actually care about their residents by responding to everyone’s complaints about their property. I moved in Oct. 16th, went to the office about my concerns TWICE. The 2nd time I was asked to send in a maintenance request with pictures, so I did. Here’s the actual request with the date"
"I went to Chicago for 2 weeks (Dec 22-Jan 5) and the maintenance went into my unit with a leasing agent. They stole my brand new pink pots and pans and my vacuum. It looks like they tried to remove my TV from the wall, but was unsuccessful. I know it wasn't a break in because my door was locked when I returned home. I haven't noticed if anything else is missing yet. If you move here, please get cameras for inside your home. They will lie and cover for themselves. Luckily, the things taken can be easily replaced. The leasing agent (Karla) told me the manager (Courtney) and maintenance went in. She let me speak with the manager (Courtney) and the manager said that is was the leasing agent (Karla) and maintenance who actaully went in. She told me I could make a police report, but we both know that won't bring my items back and I don't have cameras. Also, the other bad reviews are correct. Pool has been closed for months. Major pest issue if you dont take extermination into your own hands you will be sorry. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Update: They stole my tower fan out of my daughter’s room also???please RUN!
Update: The owners of the property responded to this review but I already contacted the corporate office about this issue and nothing was done. No action was actually taken. Do not rent here if you can avoid it..you will regret it."
"1. You'll need to hire a professional exterminator for a few months to get rid of the roaches. Their in house folks that "spray" won't help at all.
2. Water is out fairly regularly here. Doubt it's really under their control but it's pretty obnoxious. (It's out right now actually)
3. Their pool areas are basically for show. They've been closed/pod locked for about 6 months at this point with no explanation.
4. This relates a bit to #3 but because the pool areas are closed all year, there is no easy route from the walking entrance to the rest of the complex. Normally you'd just walk through the pool area but it's locked... So you either have to route through several other buildings or route through the leasing office (if its business hours) to get to your side... OR walk on the grass/mud. Not a big deal but obnoxious nonetheless.
5. The contract you sign here has a clause that if you needed to move out early you'd have to pay the full term rent. Normally it's a month or two's rent but here it's the full contract term. So if you signed a 12 month lease, and 4 months in you get a better job in another city... Hope it's remote because you'll owe 8 months of rent regardless. First time I've encountered that kind of shenanigans before.
6. If your empty garbage can is left outside too long they'll fine you. Though they do give you a few warnings first in the form of a letter with a picture of your empty garbage can by your door on it.
This place isn't that bad but it has a lot of little things that add up."
