"I have had the pleasure of working with Andy, and he is truly the best maintenance technician! He is consistently attentive, respectful, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything in my unit is in top shape. Whenever there's an issue, Andy responds quickly and works efficiently to fix it. His commitment to excellent service makes him stand out, and I truly appreciate all his hard work!"
"Have lived at this property for almost two years. When we moved in, the conditions were semi clean but still damage here and there left by previous tenants. The work orders placed take a decent amount of time to be acknowledged and fixed. Everything has been decent until our AC went out over two weeks ago. The part needed arrived on Monday. Every update we have gotten was because I went to the management office requesting an update. No communication has been initiated by the maintenance or by management. We are still waiting for our AC to be repaired."

"I just moved in recently and I absolutely love it here. The property is well maintained, the units are reasonably priced for the area/amenities, and the entire application/move-in process was such a breeze.
I initially toured the property with Michael, the assistant property manager, and knew immediately that I would be moving in. He was so friendly and accommodating, which is more than I can say for some of the other property managers that I previously toured with. To me, this is a major aspect of choosing to live somewhere - it made me feel like if I had any issues moving forward as a tenant, my concerns would be received and acknowledged.
The application process was quick and painless, and Michael even made it as easy as possible for me to move in 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. I've had a few minor requests here and there, and the staff at the front office has taken care of everything immediately.
My neighbors are great (quiet, respectful of the neighborhood), I love that the community is literally right off I-10 (super accessible) but without all the noise/traffic of being off the highway, and that the area is so convenient (minutes from drugstores, grocery stores, coffee shops, tanning salon, gym, etc.).
I am beyond thrilled with my decision to move here, and I'm happy to call this place home!"
"I recently moved to VOM and I really like the private tucked in vibe of the complex. My unit had several issues at move-in but staff great in resolving. Demetria is always a charm, and especially “Andy” from the maintenance team who is super helpful, going above and beyond to get everything taken care of! I like the added technology for easy access and their customer service line is great. I’m very grateful to Shayna who has always been so friendly and professional from the start. Extremely helpful with the tours and making the sign up process go smoothly. Keep up the great work VOM team!"
