"I would like to keep this short and sweet, but I can’t.
The only time you should ever actually consider living at this mold/pest infested, water that smells like sewer every other day, maintenance that may or may not actually “fix” an issue, office employees that really don’t care about you or the issues you bring to their attention, the people who come in after you move out to report the things that they are going to bill you for just because they think they can get away with scamming families out of their money apartment, is if you TRULY have no where else to go. You see it all the time, tenants who have stuff to say and we think “the only time you see a review for an apartment is when it’s a bad one”. But guess what, this apartment is actually the worst of all of them. My family and I were able to escape this nightmare of apartment and we got our “final statement”. I have reached out numerous times to the office for more clarification on why we are being charged over $800 for “vinyl replacement”, a cleaning fee of $160 (that’s apparently mandatory no matter how well you clean the unit), and carpet replacement at almost $500. When we moved in, they said it was “apartment ready”. It was no where close. I’m going to post pictures of the apartment when we moved in along with the bill so you can see for yourself. They will show you an actual ready to live in unit but on the day of move in, you’ll get whatever they want to put you in. Amy Elizondo is the worst of them. To have to ask 6 TIMES for an explanation on what vinyl was replaced for over $800 and STILL get no response or an actual answer, is WILD. I hope she sees this but at the same time, they do not care about anyone and will laugh at anything you say. I hope this review will help as many people steer clear of this place but if it only helps 1, I will be content."
