"Moving to this apartment community has been beyond safe and great for my family. Maintenance, front office administration and the management are fast acting on any issue. The community events held by the front office are fun. The pool is one of my favorite places to be at."
"While the apartment complex has a great location and offers decent amenities, my experience with maintenance and management has been disappointing. A pipe burst inside my wall a couple of months ago, and despite multiple maintenance requests, no action was taken. This has led to a persistent foul odor in my apartment. Management has dismissed the issue as cosmetic, recommending only repainting, which does not address the underlying problem. I hope they improve their responsiveness to maintenance concerns, as this issue has significantly affected my living experience."

"This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offers amenities that most communities do not. My dog loves it as well."
