"I had an amazing experience living at Turtle Creek for almost three years, my first home on my own in Houston. The location and pricing were perfect, and I truly felt at home, especially with limited family nearby. The grounds are always kept clean, there were no hidden fees, and the community was quiet and welcoming. Ken, the manager, genuinely cares about his residents, and together with Alonzo, the maintenance expert, has made wonderful improvements to the property. Alonzo’s expertise really shines, he’s quick to respond to repairs, often within a day. Ken also hosts regular resident events, which add a true sense of community. I’m only leaving to move back home and save some money, but I’ll definitely miss this place. If you’re looking for a positive, welcoming living environment, Turtle Creek is it! ?"

"Recently, my parents and I began to look for an apartment for them when they moved back to Houston to join my sister and I here in town.
They wanted a decent and safe environment to live in, close to the highway and accessible to our family.
We had a list of several places to look at and after a long day, we had two more stops when we checked in with Turtle Creek. We were greeted by a bubbly, mature man named Ken. He introduced us to his property, taking us on a tour and letting us know about all the improvements the property had undergone and this list of amenities and future improvements. I was very impressed by his knowledge and how friendly we were treated. I want my parents to be somewhere they will be treated well and where they will be safe. Though we had one more property left to see, we decided to end our search with this property and I urged my parents to put in an application. They will be doing just that, once they arrive home from a much deserved weekend getaway. Do yourself a favor and stop by this property soon!"
"Omg! What a great property. I recently was on the hunt for a new apartment and stop by Turtle Creek and I am glad I did. Ken, the manager, was amazing. He welcomed me with a smile and informed me about all his property had to offer. We went on a tour of the apartments and he explained all the upgrades that have been done. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge about the apartment industry. Looks like I found my new home (Turtle Creek Apartments)."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
Current Management doesn't care about the tenants. He's only in it for a paycheck and often sides with crooked contractors over the residents who have lived here for many years.
They recently switched towing companies and have towed 2 of my family members cars over the past month. They give no warnings, and charge you $318 each time to get your vehicle out of storage. They only have a couple of visitor parking spaces outside the complex, which is the worst I've ever seen. Better hope your visitors have registered their vehicle or they're in jeopardy of it getting towed.
Rent rates have been increasing after every renewal since Manager Ken took over.
More shady residents are moving in here and it's starting to feel unsafe.
There are way too many rules, which makes it feel like you're living in a government housing project.
Look somewhere else and turn away from Turtle Creek Apartments"
"I recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a Manager like Mr. Ken Ross who cares about his tenants and the property. I have had an amazing experience with him at a previous apartment complex. I could not wait to move here where is the current manager. I will be referring others to come here."
