"I absolutely love the layout of my new Home Sweet Home. Everything I have is in one place. The view is a fav of the dog park. Who doesn’t love seeing dogs play!!? A gym and a pool for residents & guest top it off to a solid five stars! Looking forward to getting everything set in place and unwinding in my own sanctuary. Thank you Trinity Oaks!"
"This is a great property to live at, I highly reccomend it. The management team is great to work with and is very responsive to the needs of the community. They have 12 and three bedroom floorplans with 9 foot ceilings, a great place for singles and families to live!"
"The first place we stayed at Trinity Oaks wasn't good enough for me which prompted me to request from the manager to transfer us in a better place.
I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staffs of Trinity Oaks who immediately response for whatever concerns I had most specially to Ms Zulma, the soft-spoken and accommodating manager who considerably took action to my request, giving us a better place to move in.
Moreover, after paying a just and reasonable deposit, she gave us another year of stay with the same rate and an unexpected free internet for one year stay.
Now, I enjoyed, contented and at peace living in my new home more to say PROUD TO BE A RESIDENT OF TRINITY OAKS."
"The apartment was clean and ready to move in. The apartment is just beautiful and I’m really looking forward to getting everything set up. The apartment complex and the grounds are kept neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex."
"If I could give this apartment a zero star rating I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT MOVING HERE. We had only lived at this apartment complex since February 2024 and moved out August 1st 2024. They are very quick to take your rent but not fix anything. Dated back in May we reported water damage to our ceiling in attempt to it not being properly repaired we had more water damage come up in June that we then reported and it didn’t get properly repaired the second time so when Hurricane Beryl hit the whole front half side of our ceiling had more water damage causing mold and moisture between the ceiling and roof. Also not to mention you get charged for pest control every month but in order to have the service you have to request it which we weren’t made aware of when we moved in. The pest guy sprayed once the whole time we lived there and there was roaches everywhere. Save your money and find somewhere better to live!"
